It's my first time in Turkey. Perhaps the scheme that they constantly want to deceive you is considered the norm. Not for me.
Several cases.
1. I rented a Hyundai i20, automatic. Parked on the slide, face up. I was about to leave, and she just rolls down on D. I press on the gas, it does not go, but "flies" to a lower-level car.
I tried it twice. The result is the same. Called. They say: "Five minutes, wait, we'll come and help you now." I was standing three minutes from their office. I've been waiting for about thirty minutes. No one. I call again: "Oh, no, we won't come, we've changed our mind. Figure it out for yourself. If you give the car away, leave the keys. at the hotel reception." I had to explain to them through another Turk that, in my opinion, they need to come. Have arrived. For 15 minutes, the three of them pushed and held and gassed. Let's go. They gave me the keys. They apologized.
2. I took a car for three days for 45€ per day. I see they have 40€ on their website. I write to Whatsapp: "How much is the car per day?". He answers: "40€". Me: "Okay, I'll take it for two days." I gave you $100 in advance. Upon arrival, I say, "Where's the change?". They say: "There is no change and there will be no change. 90€". I'm showing you a screenshot. To me: "Booster (child safety seat) - 10€".". Me: "So I didn't ask him at all." In general, the manager explained to me that "The Patron says to do this."

Excellent office, I bet 5! I took a convertible, drove it and took it from the hotel (for free)! The deposit was not taken and at a cost of 20 euros cheaper than competitors, the director has a savings bank card, transferred in rubles! Whatsapp communication, understands Russian well!

the only minus is that the empty tank, but judging by the reviews of other offices, this is normal practice in Turkey.

Great car rental! I took a car for 1 day, the car is not new, but in good condition, everything worked. There are no mileage restrictions. They bring the car to the hotel. Cars can also be left at the hotel. I took seats for children, they are available but for a fee. Everything was explained and shown. They understand Russian. I recommend they work great!

We rented a car for one day. The cost is $ 40. The car is clean, serviceable, without collateral, they bring it to the hotel. They bring it with an empty tank. But be prepared for the fact that gas stations do not understand English. We were refilled with a full tank for $ 46. When returning the car, they just took the car with an almost full tank. After contacting the owner, he did not make any concessions and simply sent with the words "this is your problem." As a result, minus $ 46 and a spoiled mood. They took the car very quickly and probably put a price tag for a full tank for the next tourists, or simply drained the gasoline. They didn't give me a dollar. They talk well only when you pay the rent ;) In general, be careful and fill up the tank floor better than listening to you being sent on the phone and getting your money screwed. Turkish hospitality;)))

We rented 2 cars for 5 days. Before renting, we went around a lot of companies (we were looking for one big car), Magic Rent car is the most adequate. The cars are new in stock, the prices are the best. The owner speaks the case, in English and Russian, you can pay by transfer to a savings bank card. The impressions are extremely positive.

No complaints, we took a diesel Fiat for 2 days for 60 euros. The child safety seat is free of charge. The car is broken, but technically without problems. They were issued in 5 minutes, handed over in 1. They were taken to the hotel for free. The car was not checked at the time of delivery. A passport is enough for a copy and a license. I am very satisfied

I took a car for a day hand i20 . They brought it to the hotel, it's very dirty inside, it's just terrible. There are scratches all over the outside. At first, I even wanted to cancel the order. There is no deposit. We couldn't really say what is included in the insurance in Russian. I ordered a car through a travel agency, where they said that the cars were new, but they brought horror.

I took a diesel fiat and a gasoline i20. There are positive impressions from the organization. There is no deposit, they can pick up the car from the hotel. I do not advise you to rent a navigator, complete bullshit is not looking for attractions, only clearly at the address. Now there is no point in paying extra for diesel, the price difference between gasoline and diesel fuel is not significant.

There was no choice of a car like this,
Offered a Hyundai i20, brought with a mileage of 90 and an empty tank (2.5 liters was),
I filled up a full tank for 3000, but only half was rolled back in three days (gasoline per liter is 95 in the region of 70₽),

I took it for a day in early September 2019.
No problems with registration, in 10 minutes, the next day, without a deposit, the owner meets you halfway if you bargain. I didn't see the car park, the car was driven to the hotel - a fresh Fiat on the machine, they took it the same way. $30 per day and $5 insurance.
