A wonderful mini-hotel. The staff is responsive, friendly and Russian-speaking, Vali, Ikram and Murad are wonderful sincere people. There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. We cleaned and changed towels every day. The breakfasts are delicious, and there are different hot pastries every day. The numbers correspond to the photos in the booking. The rooms are not old, but also not new, but clean and tidy. There is an elevator. The terrace is super, the view opens to the Marmara Sea and mosques. I took a coffee and sat there enjoying the view.
A great hotel for your money. Delicious breakfast, quite satisfying. We ate too much at 9:30 a.m. so that we didn't feel like eating until 3 p.m. Very friendly reception staff. Two men who don't speak Russian, but that didn't stop us from understanding each other. The unas room was 204 on the second floor. There was a radiator in the room, so it was warm so I slept without a blanket. We lived from February 3 to February 8, 2025, the temperature outside was plus 4-6 degrees.
The sights are just a 10-minute walk away. There are a lot of expensive cafes and restaurants nearby, shawarma for 900 rubles, for example. So explore places with inexpensive food before coming here, so that it won't be a surprise to spend a lot of money on food)
I got distracted. By the hotel. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is clean, there are minor flaws in the furniture, but these are small things. There is no damp smell in the room. There were no interruptions with the hot water. The TV shows several channels in Russian. The refrigerator was there, but it wasn't working. And we didn't have to))))
We only spent the night and had breakfast in the room. The rest of the time we walked around the city.
Upon arrival, Babaevsky and the second employee were presented with a chocolate bar at the reception the next day. There is a mini souvenir shop on the ground floor of the hotel, mostly ceramics. So my wife liked the beautiful cup, about 15 cm in diameter. We took it and went to the reception to find out the price. and they tell me that Dmitry is a gift from the hotel. We were stunned. Thanking them warmly, we went to the room. By the way, the hotel has an elevator. We reached the 4th floor and went up the steps to the roof. There are 2 tables and 4 chairs. You can sit and look at the Bosphorus and the surrounding area.
The rooms were cleaned every other day, bringing a bottle of water and changing towels. There is also a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar in the room. You can have a drink in the evening.
We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. I recommend you to visit.
I'm attaching a photo from the roof of the hotel.
A wonderful hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Friendly staff. Quite decent breakfasts. We booked a triple room. The rooms are very spacious, quite tastefully furnished, without the "all the best at once" style that I dislike so much)) The Windows overlooked the courtyard, the view is certainly not impressive, because the view is limited from all sides by nearby buildings, but there is no noise. We agreed at the reception, we ordered a taxi to the airport.
A small chamber hotel, everything is clean, there were no problems, cleaning every day, they speak Russian at the reception, very friendly guys. The place is wonderful right in the center, the main sights of Istanbul are within walking distance, come, you will not regret it)
Not a big good hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The breakfast was sufficient, without excess, but we never left hungry either. The main attractions are nearby. The Grand Bazaar is 10 minutes away on foot. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are 3 minutes away on foot. The tram stop is also 3-4 minutes away.
A good hotel, cleaned daily, comfortable beds, 4/5 breakfast , a shop nearby 5 meters away, a taxi to the airport was ordered at a fixed price of 1200 lira, one of the managers speaks more Russian, the second speaks understandable English ,
We were at the end of June, the hotel is conveniently located, cleaning was carried out every day, and the staff simply has no words, the guys will always tell you, help, I am grateful to them for this! There are many cafes and shops nearby, we took a room without a view, fell asleep perfectly, the street is quite noisy) the breakfasts are good, you will not stay hungry
The hotel is certainly so-so, rather a three. Among the recommendations for the hotel: think about how to expand and taste the breakfasts, use different and only high-quality bed linen and pillows and bedspreads, clean up and tidy the outdoor terrace in front of the hotel entrance. I had to literally overcome myself to sit on the terribly dirty and smelly cushions of the chairs. I give a separate star to the location (although it may be a minus at the same time), the hidden roof terrace and the staff. I'll attach a view from the roof
A wonderful hotel in the historical part of the city. We liked the large and spacious rooms, good water, daily change of bed linen. Excellent Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, you could ask everything in your own language.
I have not seen the picture in the central photo in reality.
The hotel is not far from Sultanahmet, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk from the tram stop, but after 3 days in the evening, I was already tired of dragging.
The hotel itself is tiny, 4 rooms per floor, only 4 floors.
Among the advantages: a relatively modern interior, the proximity of historical attractions, you can come to them in the morning without crowds of tourists, the presence of shops with alcohol and fruits nearby, there is an exit to the roof, on which there are even 2 tables and 4 chairs, not far away are two municipal canteens Sosyal Tesislery, which serves great food, at adequate prices prices.
Of the cons:
1) the simplest breakfast, there is no kitchen for cooking, just a fence in the form of a bar counter and behind it in the morning in a 3 * 3 space several women cut vegetables, 3 types of cheeses, 2 types of sausage, cucumber, tomato, bulgur chikufte, fried pancakes, scramble, boiled egg. There are olives, jams, layered little things, one kind of bread, maybe something like a cupcake.
Coffee from the coffee machine of 2 types and filtered, Turkish tea or tea bags. You won't stay hungry, but for some reason my breakfast for all 3 days was in the form of scramble, olives, cheese and rolls. It made me feel sad. There was a semolina once.
2) we booked a room on ozone, specially studied the room stock and chose not a cheaper standard room, but a deluxe, because in the description it was indicated that the deluxe has a view of the Bosphorus and a balcony. Upon check-in, it turned out that all their rooms are not standard, but deluxe, but there is a view and a balcony in the room, which is supposedly called "with a sea view and a balcony." We didn't find this on their website. In our rooms there was a view of the wall 2.5 meters from the window. The funny thing is that we booked 3 identical deluxe rooms. 2 immediately stopped by, and another one the next day. So the third one had a view of the Bosphorus, albeit partial, but there was no balcony either.
3) there was no heating, they said to turn on the air conditioner.
4) the street where the hotel is located is full of restaurants that serve as primitive canteens, and at prices of 700 lira per dish (2.1 k in rubles). We once went to a restaurant diagonally to the right of the hotel entrance, succumbing to free hookah, tea, baklava and a 10% discount. But this does not justify such a price. The hookah is really delicious.
In general, the whole area in Sultanahmet resembles a market, where you can not step a step without various barkers, shop or restaurant. Next time we will choose a hotel in more modern areas.
There is no photo of the room, it generally corresponds to what is on the sites. I'm attaching a photo from the roof)
We stayed for 5 days in this hotel, located a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Ayia Soofia. The guys at the reception desk from Turkmenistan always helped, explained where to eat cheaper, how to get to a particular attraction. I'll give them 10 points for their help. Taxi -comfort to the airport for 45 euros arrives on time. I ordered and paid through the hotel. The breakfasts, although monotonous, are hearty from 8 to 10 in the morning on the 1st floor. The watermelon was juicy and sweet. On the roof of the 4th floor there is a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea. The maids changed the bed linen and towels every day. We did a wet cleaning. We put a 1.5liter bottle of water. There is a kettle, tea, coffee with dry cream. The neighbors couldn't be heard through the wall. I definitely recommend this hotel.
A wonderful hotel. The sights are within walking distance! The staff is attentive, everyone speaks Russian. And what homemade pies for breakfast! mmm! Thanks! I highly recommend it!
We stayed at the hotel in mid-October 2021. On the second day of my stay in this "excellent" place, a hoodie disappeared from my suitcase. The suitcase was open. Yes, in fact, the thing did not represent much value, but the sediment…
The staff shook their heads sweetly at the questions.
I only found out this year that thefts regularly occur in Istanbul hotels, as well as that thieves and hotel staff are in cahoots. And it's disgusting.
Excellent hotel, very good Turkish-style breakfasts (of course not like in 5-star hotels).
My wife was given a small but pleasant present for her birthday.
The only disadvantage is that there is strong audibility from the corridor, periodically. There are a lot of Arabs with children, and discipline is lame there)) 😂- they make a lot of noise...
