The MRI center itself is good, as is the newer equipment. It's cozy inside, there's water, tea, whatever you want, take it. The waiting for the description is very lame, instead of the promised up to 3 days, I waited 5 days and only then hurried the doctor with the description. Can't keep up? Don't take so many people to the reception. I had to postpone the doctor's appointment twice with the result, then I waited another week because of this, and my condition was bad. The description of the MRI is also not accurate, they diagnosed pancreatic cancer and recommended an oncological center. I sent your research to oncology in the Russian Federation, they reviewed it, thank God it turned out to be a benign tumor. And according to your conclusion, I'm in trouble....

The administrator does not warn us in advance about the delay, although during the daytime it was already known about the time delay that was taking place, and not a small one, appealing to the fact that he did not have time to call us in advance or did not seem to have time.In the office where the procedure is performed for the patient, it is like a passageway, i.e. patients sitting in line can enter the same office and distract the doctor, which the administrator does not even make a remark about. There is no extractor hood inside the waiting room and because of this, the smell of medicines is very strong to the point of impossibility. After each patient, neither the device itself nor the changing rooms are treated with anything. Several patients have passed and never even wiped with bleach anywhere, not even the floor. Working apparently on quantity, unfortunately, they forgot about the basic quality. There is also no parking for cars, and a sign immediately hangs. For several hours, there was no quartz movement of the room, taking into account the fact that it is winter and the spread of viruses.

Everything is done through the back seat, the procedure costs 69,000 thousand tenge plus a fine of 12,000 thousand. Such Magnesia is unnecessary

We arrived from another city and immediately went to Magnesia from the train station. We were met, everything was arranged and we waited a little in a cozy atmosphere. There is tea/coffee with sweets freely available. The waiting time passed unnoticed. The diagnosis itself was quick. Then we went to the regional clinic to solve other issues. The disc was already ready after lunch the same day. There are 2 entrances to the clinic and different rooms for diagnostics. There is a wheelchair for patients with limited mobility, but there is no special toilet.
In general, we were very satisfied with the service, professionalism and speed of issuing the conclusion. I recommend it to everyone!
