We had a summer vacation in Magnolia and were satisfied. Excellent location – just 5 minutes to the beach. I really liked the cuisine, everything was delicious. I would also like to mention the rooms, they are clean and cozy. I was especially pleased with the staff, they were responsive and polite, and I could feel the Abkhazian hospitality. We will definitely come back. As a result, I advise you to visit this hotel, I am sure you will not regret it!

Cozy hotel, vacationed in September 2024
Everything is within walking distance, which is very convenient. There is a dining room, the room was always clean. The hosts are nice people, they answered all my questions in detail, since I came alone, it really resonated with me. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We came on vacation with my wife and children.
We returned back in full delight from Abkhazia itself and from the hospitable owners of the hotel.The time spent in the dining room was incredible for me personally, it felt like it was being done with a soul and at home, just like in childhood.The room is comfortable, with all the living conditions, by the way, the price was very attractive (quite reasonable)
The only minor disadvantage was that the air conditioner went bad on the day of arrival and it was a little uncomfortable, the problem was fixed during the day, and then we were given a bottle of homemade wine as an apology.The rest was memorable for a long time.We give the highest rating!

Excellent guest house, we have been vacationing with our family for the second year, for the last time in the summer of 2024. Clean and tidy rooms for a reasonable price, the room has everything you need. It is located near the sea and a pine grove. In general, I recommend it!

Last summer, the family booked a Suite for a week, a room with modern renovation and comfortable furniture. There is entertainment near the Magnolia, not far from the sea, we liked everything.
