The rooms themselves are pleasant and well-maintained, but there were shortcomings in our room (206), which are unforgivable.:
1) the door to the balcony does not close tightly, hence the cold without a climate control system and it is very noisy even from those things on the street that could be leveled.
2) the climate control is buzzing and you have to choose whether to sleep without buzzing or in the cold (we rested in January 2025)
——
From 10 p.m. to 3 a.m., there is some kind of regular party with loud music on the street and it is impossible to sleep without earplugs. Then the police will pass with a flashing light, then the tram, then someone will quarrel. Stock up on earplugs even if you have a fixed door to the balcony.
The breakfasts across the street from here are ordinary without frills, the only thing they found was a hair in a tomato and saw a rat running through the ventilation system, and so the food is like food.
We booked a room with a hammam. The room is huge, stylish, clean. The balcony faced not Istiklal Street itself, but a corner street, which was a plus, there was less noise. Breakfast is served in the cafe opposite the buffet. You could take it with you and have breakfast in the room. We were very satisfied!
