Great place, there's a toilet, not really, but on the waterfront. There are tables right by the water. There is a free Wi-Fi, but it can't handle it. The prices are adequate. The food is fresh. Minus a lot of locals, and they like to smoke.

Excellent municipal cafe with very reasonable prices. Prices may differ significantly from the private ones in the neighborhood. In addition, there is a private beach for free!
