To begin with, I signed up for the salon through the administrator, asked to allocate time so that I would get a manicure first and after coloring my eyebrows, describing my request for manicure and design in advance, and did so.
I arrived on 21.03 10 minutes before the appointed time, I sat down and waited. Almost immediately I was invited to the master, I told the master in detail and showed him what I needed. The master said she could do it.
They draw me a French jacket, rather uneven contours, one side is wider, the other is smaller, the drawing on the left and right hands differs in width, I tell the master about the flaws, but she does not see them herself and therefore cannot fix them, she seems to be trying but still crooked.
In the end, it all lasted 2 hours and 50 minutes, it's been so long since I've had a manicure in my life.
The cherry of a disgusting attitude towards the client: After the manicure, the administrator tells me, "You won't get eyebrows, because you've been doing nails for a long time!" Is it my fault? I arrived on time and specially signed up for 2 services on one day, as I do not have the desire and time to visit the salon for 2 days in a row.
I expressed my complaints about the manicure, showed it and the administrator said "well, yes," followed by a dry: "sorry, that's 20500tg"
Bottom line: I leave the salon with crooked nails without eyebrow coloring, the salon simply refused the service, although the delay was their fault and the administrator distributed the time for the procedures himself, but for some reason did not take into account that the master works for a long time. And all this on the eve of a birthday, here is a gift from the Main salon
I did manicures, eyebrows, hair extensions and haircuts. Everything is great!

A complete disappointment... brought to tears. They record four clients at the same time and make everyone wait for 2-3 hours. In the beginning, they did not want to accept at all, since they had "more important" clients, although I signed up in advance (a week in advance). As I understand it, they only work for stars and bloggers. I do not advise going there if the service is important to you and you value your time.
