The hotel clearly does not pull at 5 stars. A small lobby, one elevator for 5 floors, not the most caring service (water is supplied to the room irregularly). But the location is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a wonderful courtyard with several tables. You can even smoke cigars there. I haven't tried breakfast - it's not justifiably expensive.
