On 01/27.24, on the eve of the wedding, my daughter was signed up for the image of the bride in this salon. (makeup and hairstyle). They were recorded long before the wedding, stipulating that the day is not ordinary: a good master is needed for the bride. We were promised top services. In the process, we clarified in what form a veil is needed — comb, hairpins, knitting needles? The administrator wrote: the comb is best, it will be strong and reliable (our correspondence in Viber is saved). And so they twisted a bunch for my daughter, stuck a comb with a veil, assuring her that everything was OK), took a normal tip)) but already in the car, the bun began to get disheveled, and the veil fell out. Shock and panic, tears of the bride. On the way to the registry office, I wrote to the salon that everything was sad, in front of the registry office doors, upon arrival, the stylist girl again just pushed the veil))) having said that the veil is heavy and therefore does not hold. With grief in half, my child, without moving her head, signed, and did not put on a veil anymore. I, mom, left the registry office with a veil in my hands. It is not very pleasant when guests say: it would be nice to tear off the hands of such masters)
After describing to the salon administration after the wedding all the bitterness of visiting this salon, I was promised that they would call me back on 01.02, as they value their reputation. And? I waited until 06.02. I wrote to Viber again that I would not leave the situation unattended. I got a call a day later, but I no longer had the moral strength to communicate after such an attitude. Unprofessional, brazen, without a receipt, the level of a district social barbershop with a good interior.
Brides and their mothers, take care of your nerves and money, avoid Mason and Catherine, not always pomposity = decency, professionalism and quality. I expected more from the salon, but I was extremely disappointed. At the stated prices, the quality of service is surprisingly low.
It all started with the fact that I signed up for hair styling on a certain day at 9:30. The day before the appointment, a reminder message arrives, where a different time is indicated. The administrator simply transferred the recording without notifying the client in any way. I had to call and figure out what it was all about.
Arriving at the styling, showing the master a reference with careless curls, I found out that, it turns out, curls are not styling, but a hairstyle (and costs much more accordingly) and hair washing is not included in this service (therefore, you still need to pay extra for washing). An extremely surprising position of the salon for me, perhaps they should reconsider the name of their services or find out the difference between styling and hairstyle.
When washing the hair, the water temperature constantly jumped from hot to cold. In the very process of creating a hairstyle, I did not like that the master (TOP master) did not create a root volume during drying, but on the contrary, as if she was licking her hair.
In general, the prices are too high, the service is below average. I do not recommend the salon, because I know salons where the price is two times lower and the service is three times better.
It's amazing that this salon is positioned as one of the most prestigious in Minsk, it's a pity that with a pedicure, as a bonus, you get wounds in this salon :(

I signed up for a beauty salon for a certain time (it's good that I made a screenshot). The day before the visit, we received a message confirming the appointment, with the time changed. I thought it might be some kind of mistake and I'm sending them a screenshot of my entry. To which I receive in response that the service chair will be occupied at this time. At the same time, there are no apologies or regrets. Considering that I signed up for services 2 weeks in advance, no one even agreed with me, but would it be convenient for me to come later? They just confronted me with the fact and didn't even apologize. In a salon of this level, such an attitude towards customers, especially those who have already visited the salon more than once, I consider unacceptable. I was disappointed and I don't plan to visit this place anymore.
Была в салоне меньше недели назад,услуги окраска бровей, маникюр и педикюр. Во время процедуры мастер была в наушниках и не всегда отвечала 🙂 и к сожалению не прошло и недели, а руки выглядят неухоженно, хотя по рекоммендации мастера покрытие на руках Hermes, который вроде как более стойкий. За маникюр Hermes и педикюр с обычным покрытием я заплатила около 300 рублей ( 120€) и наверное ожидала более хорошего качества. Разочарована, вряд ли буду клиентом этого салона еще конда-нибудь. Хотя справедливаости ради стоит отметить бровисты там прекрасные ( предыдущий раз другой мастер прекрасно все сделала). Надеюсь
Прекрасный салон. Наконец-то в Минске хоть один салон, в котором работаю красивые и ухоженные специалисты, всегда с макияжем и укладкой. Очень приятно смотреть, а то кругом во всех салонах у сотрудников одна прическа - «неряшливые гули» 😂.
Все очень вежливые, доброжелательные, ну и разумеется, профессионалы.

Полчаса выслушивал замечания администратора за то, что не смог мне дозвониться в течении дня на телефон, который забыли в Москве. В итоге приняли, хотя хотели отменить запись. За администратора - единица. Подстригли хорошо, спасибо! Массаж шейноворотниковой зоны отменили. Обратите внимание при предварительный записи - могут отменить запись и обвинить вас в том, что не дозвонились!)
Мой самый любимый салон. Была на маникюре, педикюре, стрижке, уходе и моментальном загаре.Все было безукоризненно, доверяешься девочкам в салоне на 100%. Очень люблю это место.

Продают дорогую косметику с истекшим сроком годности, уверяя, что срок годности 6/12м (пиктограмма в виде открытой банки с буквой «М» и цифрой) начинает действовать после вскрытия, а то, что указанный expiration date уже в прошлом, не стоит обращать внимание.
Ожидаешь большего профессионализма от сотрудников.
Вы знаете , такого качества обслуживания нет нигде практически в Минске . В июле я Делала загар у Ники ( если правильно помню имя).
Настолько человек заботился о моем комфорте ….. я была с ребёнком . Мало того , загар был выполнен безукоризненно , великолепно ….
Всем сюда ! Правда . Чувствуется что с душой место . Я впервые вышла с чувством что хочу приходить и оставлять чаевые . Спасибо вам девочки !
