The hotel is amazing! The room, the views from the balcony are super, it seems to me that this is the best hotel of all the hotels around. Everything is European, clean, cool design. Delicious food, comfortable beds and pillows! Cleaning on request, water is also provided on request. The breakfasts are delicious, if you have an early excursion, then they will put lunch boxes with you. Only there is no coffee in the breakfast, only instant coffee or to buy. The price per cup, including the service, is 220 som. The lake is nearby, a rug and an umbrella are provided at the hotel, which is very pleasant. In general, I want to return and only to this hotel.
A wonderful little hotel on the beach. Friendly staff, everything is clean, the interior with minimalism and unusual colors looks incredibly beautiful and neat, nothing catches the eye
Comfortable, spacious rooms with balconies, mosquito nets and air conditioning. Many people write that it is noisy at night- well, this noise is up to 12 at night and it is not a fact that you will hear it. The village of Bosteri itself is designed for young people, so you yourself must understand where you are going. The village itself has a convenient location, 3.5 hours by car from Bishkek.
The reception even offered to take a large umbrella and mats to the beach to lie on the sand
The hotel's restaurant has a variety of cuisine - you will find everything your heart desires
Of course there are disadvantages:
-There are absolutely no breakfasts if you wake up later than 9 a.m. - there is no point in going to breakfast, there will be nothing left or you will have to wait another 20 minutes for a miracle, because you will not even be able to brew tea / coffee for lack of hot water. Although the breakfast time is from 8-10 (I don't remember exactly)
- the waiters are a little strange, OFTEN I really didn't want to pay these 15% tips, which are included in the price. One "beautiful" morning I waited for a regular cappuccino with syrup for 15 minutes (without exaggeration). And I still have to pay 15% for it?? I'll cook it myself faster. I ordered chicken soup, but it came with beef. It would be fine if they cooked it again, but they just laid out the beef and put the chicken. How did I understand that? I started eating and saw a piece of that beef. It was very unpleasant, of course, it's soup, not just noodles.
- another indignant moment: I always leave my small suitcase lying next to the bed. I left some things neatly folded on the bed. One day I enter the room and there is no suitcase and no belongings. It turned out that the cleaners had opened my suitcase and put things in there without my knowledge while I was away. The suitcase was put in the closet. It really bothered me not even that they could steal something, but that they opened someone else's personal thing, threw all the things, closed and removed! Will the safes also be opened?
Unacceptable, I think.
Overall, the hotel made a good impression, I can recommend
