If you want privacy, then you are welcome here.The houses are beautiful, clean, cleaning every day, towels were also changed every day, there were toiletries.Tea, coffee, water, cream.The breakfasts are quite tasty.The staff is polite, if there are any problems, we are always happy to help.The ocean is calm, the beach is magnificent.We ate a shake on the beach, very tasty and inexpensive.There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy souvenirs, delicious rum and much more.Excursions were taken from a local guide (I don't remember his name)We took three excursions and liked everything.I recommend the hotel 🌸

Nice hotel. It was the first time in India. I was on Palolem part of the time, and here part of the time. There is a very big difference in recreation. Palolem is noise, uproar, movement. It's a purely beach-side quiet vacation. There is a swimming pool and a restaurant on site. The ocean is quiet, calm, the waves are not big, I even wanted more. According to the nutrition, breakfast was included. The food is spicy, but in moderation. I like spicy, so everything tripled. The rest of the time we ate in Jimmy's neck. If you go to the beach, then turn right. The hostess speaks Russian well, which is nice. All cabins are double with the possibility to put an extra bed. But now large apartments are being built right next to the beach. There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy everything you need. Water, beer, rum (250 rubles for 0.75. Excellent price) From the cons, there are no umbrellas on the beach. There is a net stretched over the sun beds, but it does not help much from the sun. The administration says that while the repair is in progress, then everything will be fine. P.S. Will I come here again?. Rather, yes... I think it is necessary to visit India, it is not Turkey, not Egypt. It's quiet here, it's not stressful, there are no intrusive sellers, even in the surrounding towns no one sticks to "buy, buy". If you want such a vacation, then you are here.

This is a super hotel! We were there with the children and occupied two bungalows. There is a beach, a swimming pool, decent food in the restaurant, there are two or three more cafes nearby, you can choose a shake on the beach for a change. There is a food delivery service in the bungalow. I am delighted with this hotel and rest, but you have to understand that this is Asia with all its charms))) We will go again as soon as the borders are opened. In our family, this holiday causes only positive emotions, although all the children are already adults and have visited Europe more than once (Ibiza, Malta, Nice, etc...) I recommend this hotel without worries!)

The hotel has its own access to the beach with sun loungers and a bar. A good restaurant. 26 houses for 2 (+child) people. The houses are small. There is a store nearby where you can buy everything and change money. On the beach, the nearest shake is 500m away. We had a rest in January 2019.
In GOA for the third time. This is the first time in this hotel.
Cons: Most importantly, not as quiet as expected. I wanted to sleep it off, take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city..
Construction begins next door, right behind the fence, 30 meters away.
The split systems in the rooms are very powerful, the huge street blocks make a lot of noise. The external unit of the neighboring room is right under the window and can be heard even with the window closed. It is not clear why conduits of this size were installed, they are spaced 50 meters apart, while the houses themselves are less than 30 squares.
3. Decaying walls in bathrooms. Mold in some houses has eaten through the walls very much, due to lack of thought during construction. The wooden wall in the shower is covered with Plexiglass, moisture collects under it and everything becomes covered with mold. There are rooms with showers, it's better there.
4. For some, the distance from shops and civilization in general. There is a shop nearby.
Otherwise, it's not bad.
In our check-in, 70% of Russian pensioners are out of breath, 10% are young couples and a few locals. There are a minimum of foreigners. There were two families with children. Our child was very worried that there was no one to play with.
The food is normal, as in the rest of GOA. We always ate at the hotel restaurant, because it was a long way to go to the shakes on the beach with a child. And here there is a toilet, and the service is pleasant, and there is more trust. The prices are slightly higher but not by much. After Moscow restaurants, it's a fairy tale in general).
The sea is great, you can not get out with a child for half a day. There are not many people on the beach, including locals. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, covered with palm trees.
We will definitely return to Goa, but not to this hotel.

I had a vacation in January 2020. You just get to heaven and forget about everything!!!! This is for those who are looking for a fusion with nature! The feeling that you are there alone and the ocean!!! Of course, everyone is different and everyone sees different sides in rest, but if the soul needs rest, then I found it....corner...👍👍.

The hotel is good! The first line has its own sun beds, towels are provided, everything is clean, security is all 24 hours.the breakfast is average, but enough to eat. The rooms are large and clean. All supplies will be replenished daily. The only inconvenient thing is the air conditioners, above the bed, do not turn on at night, it will blow through. The territory is well maintained, green. The manager at the reception is attentive, will fulfill your wishes, knows English and Russian languages. I really liked it

A lovely fresh hotel with its own small and cozy terra. Wooden bungalow houses. Minus.that there are no two rooms.Fungus has appeared in some bathrooms (showers). But the rest is great. It's a long way from the center of Benalium. All the life is there. The location of the hotel 4 Varka Beach is beautiful.

We had a rest in December 2018. We were very satisfied! A great restaurant, we ate there and in shek. The restaurant is better! The breakfast is very good for Goa. Their own sun beds with towels and a canopy from the sun are generally excellent. Clean, calm, cozy!
