They ruined my whole attitude to Mac, by, with a regular order (3 hamburgers , cappuccino, iced coffee and combo<bun, potato and drink) and not a lot of workload, the waiting time is almost 20 minutes, and the potatoes are barely warm and steamed, they forgot to put sugar. I give one star to the staff.
