It wasn't very good before the update. Now it is much better, even with huge eternal kilometer queues we have coped (the electronic queue is super). The only drawback is that it smells very much from the kitchen, unlike the same makdak on Mikhalovo. Everyone around you knows by smell where you've been 😅

I made an order on 30.10.23 at 18.15 for yandex delivery. you are waiting for your order, thinking about how delicious you are eating your food. but it wasn't there. previously, there was no thought of checking orders, everything arrived as ordered, even if I took it on the spot. of all the positions, only 1 arrived!! the right one. this is some kind of nightmare. I ordered a large potato, a big tasty roll, 2 cheese ones, a triple cheeseburger and potatoes with cheese. I get 2 ordinary cheese, big teisti and small potatoes with one cheese sauce, and attention: potatoes with cheese and onions! congratulations, this is the only hit. disgusting service. you go to work, do your job 100%, they try to cheat. I called the mac, killed the girl's phrase: "well, your order is only 5-7p more expensive" a nightmare!. let's order an expensive original handbag, and they'll bring you the same one, only cheap. this is of course exaggerated, but the fact of the sediment is there. no more foot in this network.

Probably you were very unlucky and there was a mess in the kitchen. It happens too. But I'll tell you about myself. I rarely visit establishments of this type, and therefore I perfectly remember the taste of the original cheeseburger and classic French fries. Here there are no complaints at all about McBay.
PS So far, you are following the standards of McDuck, even if you have nothing to do with them.

The first time I missed one of the three burgers on the morning menu, the second time I missed one of the two burgers on the coupon. Both orders were with them, so everything was found only on the spot. Check your orders carefully.

I had to visit a couple of times (hunger is not an aunt) during working hours, i.e. during the day. There don't seem to be many people, but it took more than 15 minutes to wait ("waiting in a fast food chain" - as it sounds). And black tea is cheap. And there was only one cash register. The sadness.
