We visited this institution for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised, almost at the entrance, the children were given balloons (it's a small thing, but it's nice, especially not in all Macs. Bye you'll see this). I personally really liked the interior. The staff is polite and friendly. Despite the large number of people, the order was made quickly. Everything is clean, neat, well done))

Something happened to me today, which probably shocked me a lot, and while I was waiting for my order, I decided to share it right away.:It was like this, there was no one at the checkout. A couple of minutes pass, there are already two of us, but there is no one, another couple of minutes pass, there are already 5 of us, and it's a miracle who comes from the kitchen, and right in gloves and a hat, to serve us. I ask what's the biggest burger, and they tell me here's the menu. I say I can read, you can guide me by the dimensions and the filling. They tell me, look at the menu. I say okay, because I've already packed up a lot and I don't want to keep anyone waiting. I say, you used to have the biggest bigtail, but I don't know what it's called now. There are also questions about the waiting time, the institution was filled by 60%, but the order had to wait 20+ minutes, so the order was not fully stocked.

I bought a cake at mak.cafe, 2 ready-made cakes could not be given for 7 minutes. As a result, they were given away on paper plates. No forks or spoons. They came up and asked. The girl didn't understand what we wanted at first. It's a good thing the forks weren't paper. The cocktail was made for 15 minutes. This place has a very strange system, to buy a burger you have to stand in one queue, and to buy coffee / cake in another. It feels like the burgers are being picked at random. The whole burger fell apart. There was a guy standing at the checkout where you can buy burgers and the like. They showed him a coupon for French fries. He didn't even understand what the coupon was and what to do with it. It is impossible to throw out even a cocktail glass, because the whole urn is clogged and it is not cleaned. How can this be considered a fast food establishment? I want to avoid this restaurant and not go back there.

We visited this institution on 11/25/2024, only unpleasant impressions remained. This was expressed, firstly, in the fact that it was not the first time that an order was not reported, and since we knew about it earlier, we checked the order at the checkout and, not surprisingly, one cheeseburger was not reported again. Secondly, the whole order of hot was cold. Thirdly, cucumbers in hamburgers and cheeseburgers are expired, with a characteristic smell and taste soaked right down to the sauce. It was not possible to eat the rolls. On the phone, the manager assured that this could not be and offered to redo the rolls, but, unfortunately, such a taste made him no longer want to ever buy them again. I don't recommend it

A few days before this incident, I had already visited this institution, I waited for my order for about 10-15 minutes, although all the dishes were ready, and the people in the kitchen did nothing but laugh, talk and smoke in the kitchen. After I picked up my order, I tried French fries, which were bland and not salty, which is why my friend and I barely ate them
In general, after such an attitude towards their customers, there is no desire to visit this particular institution.
