Sometimes going to the bathroom is like standing in line at the checkout.
Of those burgers that were left, there is a minority that can be eaten without any grimaces on the face.
The potatoes leave much to be desired, probably the change of frying oil left an imprint on the taste of our favorite potatoes.
As for the hall, it seems to be clean, at least when I come.
The employees seem to be all adequate, you don't want to worry about the order and experience stress when communicating, go to the self-service kiosk.
Well, it seems to me that enough time should pass to return at least that level of product flavors. But it's not going to happen soon.

I turned to the managers - zero attention.
I wrote a complaint - they sent a reply that everything was replaced (in the end everything was as it was).
I probably need to write to the sanitary and epidemiological station.

During the order, she was constantly distracted by a colleague and ignored my words, which is why she heard my order incorrectly for the first time, behaved uncivilized and unprofessional. I did everything to "just get free as soon as possible." The order itself was also disappointing, the potatoes were clearly stale, as if someone had deliberately moved the timers on, despite the regulations. In the future, I will take a more careful approach to choosing a place to eat.
