The service is disgusting.
I made an order at 23:08. There was a pie in the order. We did everything, we gave everything except the pie. They asked the pie to wait 5 minutes. As a result, the orders passed, new ones appeared, the pies made went to other people, no one paid attention to me with my order. I went over and clarified. They apologized and told me to wait some more. As a result, the pie was received at 23:32.
Why to remove an unclosed order from the scoreboard is a mystery behind seven seals.
The pie is delicious, but the expectation just completely discouraged the desire to come again.

Just look at this squalid wreck. They gave me this "masterpiece" exactly in this form: a curve, with mayonnaise flowing out and vegetables placed on the edge of the bun.
And they also gave me, attention, ONE NAPKIN! Needless to say, I didn't have enough of it because of all this resulting diversity? Potatoes taste more like sawdust. The milkshake was served with so much ice inside that my throat tightened, and the drink itself gets stuck in the tube. It feels like ice was really stuffed in there, not ice cream.
A unit for such service is a lot. I will never come here again!
