We also visited this place earlier and somehow there were no special problems. But this time, the whole insides of the restaurant came out.
This story began with point 1 - order acceptance. The scoreboard says "Technical break", but the order has been accepted. As they say, "Hooray!" is a mistake. But it's too early to be happy. The order was taken by a girl who makes out what she wants, not what she is told. You order New Year's combos, but you get simple ones. It's more convenient this way, but more on that later.
Item 2 - payment. Passed without any problems. At least there are no adventures here.
But the fun started at the pick-up points. There are 2 of them in this restaurant.
In paragraph 3.1, they gave me a bag of burgers and sent it to paragraph 3.2 with the phrase you will receive potatoes there. We asked about the drinks, and the confused guy said you'd pick them up there. Okay. We are approaching the point.
Eeeeeee...This is where the funniest story begins. There's no one in the window, okay. We stood there, just to pick up the drinks, potatoes and sauces for about 15 minutes!!!!!! And lo and behold! A window opens and potatoes are served! But the question is: where are the drinks? The surprised girl looks at you as if you were an I..She asks: "What didn't they give you?" The answer was no, she was shocked. And she ran off somewhere else for about 5 minutes. He brings a drink and closes the window. It seems the story has come to an end, but no. When we arrived home, we found that, firstly, the wrong order, or rather the wrong combos, but okay. But it turns out that the sauces, which are not free, and you pay extra for them, were not put at all. Out of 4 - 0!!!!!!
We found the restaurant's phone number, and we're calling there asking how to resolve this situation. The answer is simply stunning: "We will investigate and punish those responsible," but what about our order? - we won't help you here. That is, I'm sorry, we shod you, in fact we took possession of your property, even at 1.60, but... And that's your problem.
If you come here, BE SURE TO CHECK EVERYTHING! Because THEN IT's YOUR PROBLEMS, money, no one will return the goods to you!

In a double muffin with egg and beef, we have not two, but one cutlet. Unfortunately, there was no way to check on the spot. And we can't go back, we're going on a business trip. Mac drive is just terrible. We stood for about 60 minutes, each car was moving at a speed of 5 minutes per car, such maintenance is simply unacceptable. Not a bad place, contrastingly different from the usual McDonald's or Delicious, period.
The key difference is burgers. We didn't try the whole range, but the most delicious were chicken tasties. The rest are at an average level. Four stars for the unusual taste.

In 50 minutes!!! when we arrived at the order desk, the first thing we heard was that there was no cocktail and of course the cashier was very sorry that we stood in such a queue, since there were also a lot of visitors inside the restaurant and they did not have time. After the counter there was a curb, over which I jumped into the parking lot, since there were five more cars in front of us and there was no desire to wait any longer. Outraged, I went to the restaurant and asked for a senior manager or a shift supervisor. It seemed to me that I was ignored, as the employees were trying to cope with the situation inside the restaurant, which also had a huge queue. After standing for five minutes and repeating that I needed a senior or a Book of comments and suggestions, a man standing next to me said that he was also waiting for a book, since he had been in the car for almost an hour, he also received an incorrect order. After a while, a book was brought to him, but I couldn't wait any longer. I left, but I wanted to come back the next day, but it didn't work out.
