I don't regret contacting this center at all. I did LKZ (LASIK) there
My condition: moderate myopia, astigmatism.
I really liked the diagnosis. Thanks to all the ophthalmologists who performed the diagnosis/examination at various stages (Lyudmila Alexandrovna, Marina Alexandrovna and Victoria Viktorovna, Nina Evgenievna). Everything was explained, the atmosphere was very calm. Special thanks to Nina Evgenievna Rishkevich, the surgeon, for the operation. Now I see 1.2 in both eyes. :)
I thought that the operation was scary, I was worried that it would hurt, but in fact everything went differently. Yes, it's not pleasant, but it doesn't hurt. And even the operation feels like it's happening very quickly.
The administrators of the centers answered all questions on the website, in the center, and I called them. They called to ask if I would be there and reminded me of the time, and rescheduled the surgery date without any problems. We checked with the ophthalmologist for the necessary information. I haven't waited for the recording for many months. They are allowed to sign the documents before the operation. The service is 10 out of 10 in one word :)

In the center of Makarchuk for the first time. I did a keratotopogram today with Marina Alexandrovna Chergeyko, an ophthalmologist. After the examination, the doctor proactively asked for the results of past examinations in order, in addition to the results shown by the device, to compare them with past results and track the dynamics. Subsequently, Marina Alexandrovna also phoned with 10 GKB, on the basis of which the Republican Center of Ophthalmology is located, in which I was observed earlier, so that they would look at the results of examinations and decide whether additional treatment is necessary. In the end, I only paid for the keratotopogram. Now I will always go there, quickly, conveniently, efficiently, and as they say, "they don't charge too much."

We express our immense gratitude to Kanstantin Vasilyevich for his "golden hands", patience, professionalism and human attitude towards our mother. On 1.10.2024 , we had an operation to remove cataracts and replace the lens . Mom is 87 years old ! We came to the center asking for help and hoping for a miracle. And this miracle was performed by Konstantin Vasilyevich. The cataract turned out to be very hard and it took a lot of effort and professionalism to break it and remove it !!!

Further, what surprised me when visiting this institution at the reception desk, the girls behave excessively and unjustifiably overstated!!! I was surprised how they communicate with clients after visiting, how they impose an expensive operation on ordinary people after visiting a regular examination, and how embarrassing it is for ordinary people to justify that they are not ready to spend a couple of their salaries of ordinary workers in this institution. Further more, although where, to the comments that you are not doing the right thing, you do not adhere to your own attitudes about being late, a dissatisfied doctor came out later, saying "I should have kicked out the patient and accepted you on time" NO, dear, you should have properly allocated your time, taking into account all the nuances!!!! The reception itself was crumpled, not professionally, I had to ask questions every time to which I received some kind of indistinct grumbling or in general, yes or no!!! THE OFFICE PREMISES ON THE GROUND FLOOR OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING ARE IN A DRY STATE!!!!

Hello. On 10/20/2023, I performed vision correction using FemtoLASIK, Vityaz Lyudmila Alexandrovna performed surgery. A huge thank you and a low bow to her, very polite and attentive. Already half an hour after the operation, I saw much better. It's been 8 months, and I walk without glasses, I see well. I am very glad that I decided on this operation. On July 17, fog appeared sharply in both eyes. I turned to the oculist at the district polyclinic for help. The diagnosis was made: incipient cataract of both eyes. This is the end of the diagnosis and treatment. We were advised to contact the Makarchuk clinic. Where they performed a full diagnosis of both eyes, confirmed the diagnosis, and immediately offered a method of treatment - promptly. The difference between monofunctional and bifunctional lenses, the consequences and complications were explained. And so I had an operation on October 4 and on the second eye on October 31. I have now completed a course of treatment for both eyes. Vision is 1.0 for both eyes, the image and borders are clear, only a slight tear discharge is bothering, which should pass over time. I want to express my big thanks to Stelmashuk Julianna for the diagnosis, the responsive attitude; Dobriyanets V.I. for the operation, his talented hands.

Excellent medical center. I did laser vision correction. The staff is friendly, explains everything. The doctor is calm, thorough, made an excellent diagnosis and explained everything she did. During the consultation, the level of complexity of the operation was determined, a laser was chosen, and I signed up for the operation. All operations take place on Saturdays in small groups. My time was at 17:00. I went to the operating room second. Everything went quickly, painlessly, although there were a couple of unpleasant moments, but not critical — this is the procedure. In general, the fear is for a ruble, the problem is for a penny. Now I have a unit on both eyes and lens cases in the trash. I am satisfied with the attitude of the staff and the quality of service. I applied for a diagnosis before the laser correction. It turned out that I have a very thin cornea, they said that it is possible to do femto lasik, while they did not tell me what the consequences might be, but with such a thin cornea I would definitely have them, and at the entrance of the consultation, I myself pointed out complications after laser correction, pointed out that the laser exposure zone is not it will cover my pupil at night, and after LC there will be big problems with vision at night. For some reason, none of the experts would have told me this themselves, if I had not previously learned this from other sources.
I went to another clinic to make a diagnosis, and there they told me that it was contraindicated to do correction with such a thin cornea and they would not do it to me.

I want to leave a review after a while. I did laser vision correction on 09/25/2021. The doctor is Kopylev Viktor Pavlovich. Everything went perfectly and now everything is fine. The staff and service of the center are at the highest level. The doctor gave instructions before the operation, and when he performed it, he commented on all his actions and warned if it would be unpleasant.
