I've been to several masters several times. I'll start with the pros: -Excellent location, hard not to find -Pleasant interior, stylish minimalism -The receptionists are mostly polite and offer tea/coffee -They bring cool snacks (nuts and dried fruits) -Cosmetics - I took a hand cream from Kazakevich, insanely pleasant and persistent, worth the money (they often ask what you use, such an unusual smell) - Olga is a good cosmetologist! I plan to go only to her But unfortunately there are also disadvantages: -they do not do Japanese manicure (although few people do it in Grodno) -I got a manicure from a not very good master, the gel came off in a couple of days, it was applied with a thick layer, the varnish did not dry off, I had to redo it. this really spoiled the impression, considering that the cost of manik is not small. Well, once they didn't offer tea / coffee - these are small things, but it was a shame for the manicure

Once I got there, I don't go to other salons anymore. Excellent service, coffee, tea or water with lemon are always offered. High-level masters, definitely (there is something to compare)! I have been to various procedures: permanent eyebrows, complex coloring and hair cutting, massage, facial treatments. After reading a couple of negative reviews, I was outraged. Men also go there or bring their ladies, because nowhere does it say that this salon is only for women. And they go everywhere with dogs now. I'm sure it wasn't a breed like my Rottweiler. People be kinder and everything will be fine!

"Masters " are raw from the word "absolutely".If you want to be a test subject, then go to this salon, let them learn. And I get mad at my reflection every time I go to the mirror. It would be possible to raise a scandal, but you can't get your hair back. In short, gentlemen, I would like to lower my nose a little and study, study and study again. Unfortunately, the service in this salon was as disappointing as possible. They sign up for services , while the salon turns out to be not working. They warned me that the service would not take place in a couple of days ( although I had certain plans ) and did not even apologize , saying only that they planned to open but it did not work out . After my requests , they offered to sign up for the service in a week only . There is zero customer orientation . It is a pity that in Grodno, in the supposedly premium class salon, there is a Soviet-style service , where the client is never right , but as if he himself had to call and find out every day whether his recording would take place or not

I thought I came to a nice expensive salon, but when they sat me down in a chair, there was dust and hair from previous haircuts everywhere on the floor. Outsiders can enter the salon as if they were at home and walk around the hall, visiting employees who are idling and only chasing coffees- there are no visitors, very expensive services. I haven't seen one in three hours. They make hairstyles and make-up for themselves and their girlfriends. For highlighting a pair of strands (hat zone) of short hair 170 rubles!!!! But she did it well, the only plus, and the haircut did not work at all, the master cuts at his discretion, as it is more convenient for her. Where it is not necessary, I cut it off, where it is necessary, on the contrary I left it, "under the pot" Recommendations simply do not take into account .... tin!!! This expensive salon I do not recommend to anyone and I will not go myself!!! I give the rest of the certificate 60 rubles!!!
