The price is good, but the manager's attitude is just darkness. I ordered a frying pan through their online store. They arrived quickly, the courier is well done, very tactful. I didn't like the frying pan for several reasons: 1) there were chips on the bottom, 2) scuffing on the side. It could be taken away, but 3)there were no signatures or seals on the check, and if it suddenly swelled or the pen flew off, then claims could be filed into the pipe. They told the courier about their claims, apologized, and she left. And then the most interesting thing began: the manager calls and asks what we didn't like, I say, they say there are 3 reasons...he got mad about the seal, saying it shouldn't be on the receipt and I'm confusing something (maybe it shouldn't be on the fiscal one, but it's mandatory on the commodity one)....In general, there were continuous claims from this person that I was wrong, they were so good, and I was so bad that I did not buy a quality product. That's what turned me on. And in the end, he also started telling me not to order anything from them anymore, saying, "we don't need such customers." Great. I will not buy it myself and I will not advise others and I do not recommend it to you. Respect yourself as a consumer.

I searched the Internet for a beautiful baking dish for a long time, but either the price did not suit me or what I liked was not available. In the Makitra tableware store, the stars came together, and I ordered a beautiful baking dish with a rattan basket for myself and my mom! The order arrived safe and sound, everything is packed very neatly. The only thing is that the tariffs of the New Post did not please at all – the shipment to the Luhansk region was very expensive.
