Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I came across an extremely unpleasant situation: an employee of your organization, a cashier named Marjona, behaved unprofessionally - talking boorishly, switching to you, telling you what to do with customers.
Instagram Facebook, Facebook, and the call center, I contacted you directly, and a week ago they said they would solve the problem. In the end, there was no response, no apologies. But on social networks, you continue to actively publish content, ignoring the real problems of customers. It's a pity that public image is more important to you than responsibility and respect for people.
I hope the management will still find the courage to look into the situation and make an official apology.
