I work near this store every day, I go to them because I work at night and there are no more shops nearby. At first, I noticed that the range is small and the prices are high. But nothing, I still continued to buy groceries and ready-made food. At first, there were no complaints about salads and other ready-made food. Unfortunately, over time, the quality of the prepared food began to deteriorate. Over the past three days, I've thrown away three salads because they were inedible, to put it mildly. Especially olivier and Japanese salads. It's hard for me to describe the taste since I threw them away right after I tasted them.
As for prices, comparing the prices in this supermarket with the prices of other stores, you can see a big difference. I can say with certainty that the prices do not match the quality of the products.

Сегодня хотел заказать доставку продуктов в Ташкенте. Вспомнил про сеть неплохих супермаркетов Макро.
Скачал мобильное приложение - оно не работает.
Зашёл на сайт - он позволяет забить корзину продуктами для заказа. Потратил около 20 минут для выбора товаров. Когда определился - начал оформлять заказ. За 10 минут так и не смог - система не пускала дальше шага заполнения адреса доставки. Позвонил в службу поддержки - там повисел минут 5 на линии. И тут девушка в поддержке сообщает, что доставки у Макро нет уже с середины января. 40 минут жизни в пустую.
Заказал в итоге доставку из KORZINKA.
Вот почему не убрать с сайта возможность собирать корзину для доставки, если к вас этой доставки нет?!

Начинаю понимать, почему Макро закрывает филиалы. С таким подходом к работе далеко они не уедут. Много раз был в этом маркете. Сразу вам скажу. Фарш не берите он воняет непонятно чем. Возможно они замешивают головное мясо. Хотя фарш не дешёвый. Вроде бы все есть. Но.... Фрукты вялые, овощи грязные. Туда идти только за продуктами в упаковке. Все стальное так себе.

Ассортимент большой, широкое пространство между полками в остальном все плохо:
Ценники не соответствуют очень часто
В овощном отделе и гниль и плесневелое можно найти, часто корнеплоды пожухлые, зелень только выкинуть, но ее пытаются продать
Персонал как после зомби нашествия, у всех съели мозг, сами не знают в каком отделе тот или иной товар.
В мясном отделе часто отказываются надпилить кости у реберного отруба.
На кассе если нет очереди, значит что то случилось, а обычно работают 3-4 кассира и у всех очередь.

1. Выбор и ассортимент товаров хуже чем у прямого конкурента - сети "Корзинка".
2. По непосредственной вине менеджера и администрации сети магазинов "МАКРО" покупатель теряет много времени на поиск товара из-за того, что вместо расширения ассортимента и контроля качества продаваемых товаров, в погоне за прибылью очень часто полки с товарами меняют местами и нет четких указателей что-где теперь лежит... как дурак будешь ходить кругами за пачкой соли или куском мыла... а работники магазина в зале (которые по сути и по своему назначению должны быть продавцами-консультантами, но этих функций не выполняют... я даже уверен, что администрация сети тоже не знает, кто такие продавцы-консультанты и для чеоо они нужны) даже не всегда знают о наличии конкретно искомого товара/продукта... в лучшем случае подведут к полке с аналогичными товарами... а там дальше сам ищи...

Супермаркет сети Макро как и все из их серии сало чем отличается от других филиалов. Очень тихий и спокойный, я в нем никогда не видела много покупателей. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал.

В какой бы филиал не зашёл все кассиры и работники грубые это во 1
Во 2 при карантине все супермаркеты ОБЯЗАНЫ были давать на входе маску, но этого не было MAKRO тупо не впускали в супермаркет говорили идти в аптеку и купить маску только после этого впускали
А вот Korzinka.Uz это другое дело🔥🔥👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Я не работник Корзинки, я просто расписал всё что со мной произошло и это всего малая часть моих претензий к сети МАКРО
