the order was overdue, they came to put it- the window size is less than the opening, it doesn't matter, they filled it with 3 bottles of foam, they put sandwiches on the slopes. after a month of use, they realized that it was blowing from under the slopes, they took off themselves and blew out two more bottles of foam. question: why charge 50 rubles for the slopes, if you have to redo them yourself anyway?
in general, the desk is so-so and the service is so-so. the other rooms were supplied by the 1professional company from Gomel - a balcony, a hall - everything is fine.
I will add another review about the doors and their warranty service. We ordered the entrance doors, manufactured and installed them quite quickly, but after a couple of months we noticed that the door did not fit tightly to the box and blew from under the crack. In early December 2020, the office was called, the girl said that within two weeks the master would come and fix it. It's already January 16, 2021, and the master still hasn't arrived in any way.... I applied to this company twice, twice there are shoals and twice I have to fix everything myself...
