I was at an appointment with the "doctor" of Milan, unfortunately I did not see the last name. January 13 (Thursday), 2022 at 8:00 p.m. Conducts the reception after the official working day. Another woman came for me around 21-22. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing! It was necessary to replace the yellow filling with a white one on the front tooth. I'll tell you the stages: At first everything seemed to be going fine (except that Milana's hands were shaking, the machine chewed her gloves twice, which made me twitch violently and in general I was afraid for my gums and lips in this case.) After some time, when the seal seems to have been installed, I understand that the doctor begins NOT to GRIND, but to clean the seal on the tooth again. Then he shows me a mirror and I'm speechless. My healthy whole tooth was sawn 1-1.5 mm higher than it was originally, although this place was not supposed to be touched at all, there was no filling. After my shock, Milana suggested: "well, now I can cut down the next HEALTHY one so that it is the same." Which I naturally refused, because I wore braces and achieved the height of the front units for 2.5 years. I asked her to increase my sawn tooth back to the height of the second one, which she did. And then he gives me a mirror again. It was not a tooth, but a ball, a flat cake, with a lump stuck on the inside. IT WAS LONGER NOW, CROOKED, YELLOW, AND THICK. Absolutely not in the same plane as the first one. My smile was just ruined. I left shaking, with tears in my eyes, without waiting for the END. After all, looking at this horror, Milana said that everything was fine and, in her opinion, the tooth turned out to be good. No adequate person after such STAGES will be able to further entrust the front tooth to the dentist. I spent a lot of money on correcting this work. AND THANK GOD that the PROFIDENT agreed to fix it! I want to warn everyone and let it be a lesson. You can'T take a job in the most prominent and important place if you have no experience. I really regret that I had to go through such stress.
