Good afternoon.04/24/2023 today I took off my hair..I was terribly unhappy...Ksenia used to do my hair...There were no questions for her...I did the correction and build-up well...I decided to take it off..they called. they say. Xenia's in a couple of weeks..there will be a free window...OK.. I'm waiting..the day before they called and said that there would be another master ... ok .. after the withdrawal, I was dissatisfied: 1. the price for the withdrawal was different from the one named to me.2. the master was clearly in a hurry because at 12:30 a client called to come (asked to do a row of extensions). the other one.. and I have a lot to take off... ..3. It hurt, fast.Substandard..THE RESULT: I came and washed my hair..(although they washed my head there after removing it).and the strands were not removed (she showed the next strand to the master in the salon)...I had to remove these 3 strands myself. at home...Pay attention to the master, to your work...for that kind of money ..
