Perhaps the best family restaurant in the city. Very tasty cuisine, pleasant interior and very responsive service. The prices are of course restaurant prices, but in this case they are justified. I wish there were more places like this.
We haven't been to this place for a long time, we used to be frequent guests and couldn't get a bonus card in any way. The staff has changed, and with it the level of service. On Saturday, January 11, we blocked the table at 17:00, came and walked for about two minutes and looked where to sit, where there were places, no one came up to us and did not pay attention, only the waiters greeted each other through one. After turning around, we approached the receptionist, who was standing at the checkout and said that we had booked. Immediately, the receptionist disappeared somewhere and after a while the waiter escorted us. We waited about 5 minutes for the menu, not to say that there were a lot of people. We made an order, a milkshake was brought to my wife, she found a piece of plastic in it, sharp 7 millimeters, we asked the waiter to check in the kitchen, suddenly this is a massive problem. As it turned out, this was not the only piece in the glass, immediately after this piece, the wife swallowed another one through a straw and it got stuck in her throat and scratched, fortunately the waiter quickly brought water to wash it down somehow. Later, a guy came to us, apologized and said that he was preparing a cocktail and somehow the plastic packaging from the ice cream got into the cocktail. He offered to treat us with something in return, we politely declined, as we were waiting for the main order. Throughout the time that we ate, the administrator approached the 2 neighboring tables several times, asked how they were sitting and decided on some other points. I don't understand why the guy who made the cocktail was sent to us. I think this issue should have been settled by the administrator. The waiter also came up to us and said that the cocktail would be removed from the receipt, and when paying, he checked the receipt that we had not included it in the bill. At the exit, the waiter and the receptionist told us: come again. It's unlikely.
Mashrum steak is very tasty and steak with bacon too. But the service was also overshadowed by the attitude in the form: we will deduct the cocktail from the receipt, even though you could damage yourself with plastic. And then there's the stainless steel tea kettle, it's full of steam, it's all hot, the handle is as hot as the boiling water inside, how do I pour it? While waiting for the kettle to cool down so that it could be poured, the tea was over-brewed and turned out to be a bitter kefir of green tea.

It's very tasty, the portions are huge.
It is better to take a salad for two.
And yet the cafe, not the restaurant, the interior is playful but cute. The prices are like in a restaurant, and the service is like in a cafe...
I liked everything!!!
The kitchen is great! The staff is professional!
Very polite and helpful waiters!
Inside the hall there is cleanliness and a beautiful interior.
Well done!!!
Delicious European cuisine. The prices are above average, but it's the choice of the person himself - where to eat) Huge portions! And it's not just about salads and main dishes. Even desserts will surprise you with their size. There is also a cute knitted toy in the cafe - Zhdun)
The waiters and administrators are handsome - you come in - you are greeted with a smile like an old acquaintance. The food is very tasty, wine glasses - from 1,500 tenge. The only thing is that the dishes are slightly different from those stated on the menu. But it doesn't matter. The okroshka is delicious! It is served in front of you - the liquid part of it sweeps through the "milkman" and the solid ingredients are poured with it before your eyes, competently. The waiters are attentive. 🍀
These guys know what a good attitude is. One day we received an order for a dish that did not turn out to be. The waiter apologized to us, brought a huge dessert as a gift from the institution to brighten up the awkwardness. They feed poor pensioners for free. At least, I saw the announcement about it. Knowing this place, I believe that the word does not differ from the deed. They're really cozy. And there are always a lot of visitors. There is a menu for vegetarians. Which is very important. I wish them further development towards the good. They are great at monetizing kindness. This is a cool talent. After lunch, they have a siesta for the staff, they rest. There are horizontal bars for employees to warm up, we live nearby, we observe by will. There used to be other cafes here, "Well, wait a minute" and something else. No one caught on. Raspberry Mix has been rocking for years.
The cuisine is delicious, the prices are higher, but the portions are also larger. Huge desserts, made to taste and assemble conscientiously. In the ramen I had rich meat broth, fried mushrooms, poached egg, broccoli, sprouted grains, herbs, noodles.
What are you people doing there? There is no place for a simple person to have a snack with a couple of delicious steaks. And I can't book - I'm so spontaneous...
