I want to share my opinion about the Malinki karaoke bar. We learned about the institution a long time ago and have been visiting more than once! Once again, having arrived in the wonderful city of Vitebsk from St. Petersburg, we decided to go to this institution! But as it turned out, it was necessary to order a table in advance (this has never happened).At the entrance, we were faced with the terrible rudeness of the guards, they answered us in raised tones and with a fee! At first we thought that the club was rented for a private event, but there were a lot of empty tables on the summer veranda, asking the guards if we could go to this institution later, we heard that today no one passes without reservation at all. It is not clear at all why the decision is made by the security, and not the administrator!?! We also invited her and asked if it was possible to pass, to which she replied "what does the guard tell you", she did not explain anything clearly. We were surprised that it was already 2 o'clock in the morning, and at 4 the institution closes and why not let the customers through. To call such a situation delusional is almost an understatement. Not understanding the development trend of this institution, certainly not for the better. I recommend that the management review the face control system and pay attention to the administrator who is completely incompetent!In general, the mood was spoiled, including the evening! There is no desire to visit this karaoke bar again
