I was on car registration issues. There are eight windows in the hall, 7 a window for issuing documents, 8 a window for issuing numbers (open for 15 minutes every hour). For receiving documents, windows 1-6. It was on Thursday, one window was open, occasionally the second window opened. After one o'clock in the afternoon, the third window was opened (not for long). In general, I received the ticket at 9-30, submitted the documents after 15, picked up the numbers after 18. There are several waiting rooms with tables and benches.
