Shoes and bags have been repaired here many times. The staff is polite, they will prompt and tell you what and how best to do.
I thought for a long time how to repair the handle on the bag, offered my idea, discussed it with the master - they did it with a bang. Everything is still holding up, and more than two years have passed.
Shoes are also always only here. You can forget about the constant problem of the peeling heel - the stitching is good, everything also holds up wonderfully. The time is optimal, it largely depends on the amount of work. Three pairs of shoes were made in three days: a heel in a pair, sneakers in one day.
I definitely recommend it.

Рамонтную гэту знайшоу на Яндэкс мапе. Адзін раз мне рамантавалі 3 пары красовак, а нядаўна і зімовы абутак. Усё зроблена якасна, дастаткова хутка і за нармалёвы грошы. У красоўках пяткі зрабілі з ўстойлівай да зносу італьянскай разіны, носяцца рэальна доўга, мне ўжо ёсць з чым параўнаць. Вельмі задаволены працай майстара!

It was necessary to initially read the reviews and not waste your time. 2 weeks ago I brought a pen in my bag to fix it. They promised a week. Well, okay, I think; if they don't call, I'll wait. I'm calling today - we haven 't even started . To say that I am shocked by such a service is to say nothing. Initially, I made a full prepayment. I have to fly away, but they didn't even start making a bag))) I called in the morning, asked to finish the bag before the evening. They call in the evening and say "so should we start working?". I wanted to express myself very obscenely. In the end, I decided that my nerves would be better with an unfinished bag, but in another workshop, where someone else's time is respected and appreciated. And the most interesting thing is that I read the reviews - this is a typical situation in this place. So don't waste your time, but look for other options. I brought it to another place and promised without urgency in 2 days. So much for respect for customers. Draw your own conclusions. Terribly disappointed:

Terrible attitude to customers and service. They answer the phone in a boorish way, they could not deliver the seals for a week and a half, although they promised within 7 days. I had to call every day, although the service was paid in advance. In addition, the seals fell off after a couple of days. They refused to repair it under warranty. If possible, contact other workshops, save money and time

I gave my son's sneakers to repair in September, they did a complete replacement of prevention.
Since the shoes were needed urgently, I accordingly paid 25% for the urgency urgently it is 2-3 days.... As a result, the repair came out 68 rubles. They gave a 30-day warranty.
On October 7, I saw that prevention began to depart on the noses, minimally ...
on October 8, I took it under warranty for gluing. Honestly, the work there is almost an hour ...
But the warranty period is up to 14 days! Today is exactly 12 days since I gave the sneakers and, it turns out, they both stood and are without repair! Where to hurry: 2 more days in stock!
I do not advise you to contact here! If you really pay for urgent repairs, then fulfill the warranty urgently, and do not pull!

I stood for half an hour to give away the shoes. The girl taking the order is sooo slow. The masters discuss what is happening at the counter in half a voice, you feel unpleasant. The average shoe repair takes 2 weeks, regardless of the complexity. The price tag is above average. I didn't give away my shoes as a result, I didn't have enough patience.
In another workshop for less money, the work was completed in 5 days.
I do not recommend this workshop if you are saving your nerves and wallet.
