I took an urgent photo for documents, readiness ~ 10 minutes, which is good news. There is a mirror at the entrance where you can fix your hair, put yourself in order, and so on. The photographer stood quietly and waited for me to comb my hair. She also adjusted my hair during the shooting process so that it lay beautifully. This surprised me very much, because not all studios treat their clients this way. And here it was as if the photographer was more worried about how I would look in the photo.

The studio seems to be fine, I ordered 27 photos, made 26, but they took the money for 27, I called to clarify, they told me to reset the photo that was not returned, but half a day passed, and no one cares, it's not about money, the photo costs 0.84, I needed a photo today, people let me down. I do not recommend taking photos on Komsomolskaya 3 Street.
I don't recommend taking photos with them!!!!!!!!!!
They don't value customers, and with such an attitude and approach to people, they will always have low attendance!!!!!!

We printed out the photos terribly, I asked for 9 by 13, and in the end we made 10 by 15. Together with the employee, duplicates were deleted on the computer and as a result, the duplicates were printed out, and two photos were ignored. There were also murky photos where the face wasn't even visible, even though the photo was in good enough quality. In one photo on the right, there is a black stripe, this is already a marriage. It's a shame that I noticed when I was at home, I used to trust this photo studio, but now I don't.

A disgusting photo studio. Even putting one star is a lot. The cashier is rude, rude. And there is a separate problem with orders....I took a photo for a visa, they printed it on my passport. When I picked it up, they noticed the joint and immediately reprinted it. I haven't checked there anymore...I believed it. Before applying for a visa, I noticed that the photo was back on my passport. I called them...they cheated, saying why call at the end of the day, I still won't help ... and the print quality is just a nightmare. I'm not going there anymore...

It's a terrible photo studio, I haven't been photographed so shabbily yet. Not only is the staff rude, but the quality of the photo is disgusting. The face is distorted, one eye is on you, the other is on the Caucasus, the skin color is yellow as if I have jaundice, retouching is absent, greasy shine is present, but the orange filter is not forgotten. If you want to lower your self-esteem, then go to the "Kid" photo studio.

Photos are really taken with high quality. BUT :)
You enter the studio, pay for it, and they tell you where to go to take a photo. You go in there, it turns out that there is no mirror in place, and you should have guessed that they only have a mirror in the hall.
Okay You go out into the hall, there is a sofa under the mirror, where people are sitting, waiting for their turn... You understand that there is something wrong with the service here :)
That was my last trip to the studio.
But for high-quality photos, five stars.
I had the experience of contacting a photo studio on Sovetskaya Street. The photos were taken - it's terrible. It would be better to take a selfie on a mobile phone :)
Please don't hire bad photographers :) People come to you for quality. Despite the problems with mirrors
