Pancake and dranik were cooked for a very long time, they asked to take it with them, they said to pay extra for the container (????). I don't know how they packed it, but they were carried neatly and everything was in some kind of slush… Why the slurry is unknown. There is a shell in the pancakes, the bacon is not fried, the egg is with "snot". In a pancake with potatoes, potatoes in lumps)))) How such an institution still exists is unknown.

2) I made the order at 10:18, just 1 pancake and a cold pepsi, without frills... They were given out only at 10:50!!! Despite the fact that I approached myself because I was tired of waiting. And it turns out that he has been lying for a long time and is all cold. The sensor did not work, and I turned 3 times and looked at the cashier in disbelief, he looked at me, but he did not indicate any signs like "your order is ready"... It is purely humanly ugly. There are practically no customers at this time and it was already possible to somehow become customer-oriented for at least a short time.
3) pepsi is warm, I wanted it from the refrigerator ...
4) your plate was skewed after heating in the microwave, but the staff was satisfied, why put it in a normal one - and so they will devour...
The young man forces you to eat homemade food, says that fast food is supposedly bad... but once again you will already think about whether to eat fast food with a smile, quickly and tasty, or spend time, nerves and not the most pleasant sensations after eating with you!!!

The prices are space, and the food is absolutely tasteless.
For some reason, solyanka with mushrooms, pasta like porridge (almost not salty), cutlets and meatballs do not even have words - they obviously bought it in the store and gave it to us... Even the sight of the pitch killed my appetite.
It's better to go and get fast food, but not here.

2. Service.
We ordered a pancake and a cocktail.
The pancake was cooked quickly and put on, but there was a hitch with the cocktail - three people were gutting the cash register, they had some problems there and none could make a cocktail.
Tired of waiting - 10 minutes.
I made a remark, we went to make a cocktail and warm up the pancake, since it has been frozen for a long time..
I don't want to go to them anymore.
Owners, keep an eye on your service, ruin it.

The fish was naturally cooked and the result was an incomprehensible taste sensation. Although in the picture the salmon lies separately from the pancake. Which is logical for such a combination . In general, it is tasteless.
