The food is served slowly, the staff is not attentive enough — one customer is not served to the end, immediately moving on to another, which creates the impression of haste and lack of professionalism. In addition, a big disadvantage is the lack of parking space, which causes additional inconvenience to visitors.

So they decided it was okay to sell sour mashed potatoes. Of course, they replaced it with rice later, it did not have time to turn sour. The cutlet was normal, but the impression was spoiled. I don't recommend it.

Delicious food, terrible cash register.
It's not the first time I've visited this place. The quality of the products and the taste of the dishes are always on top.
A wide selection in all positions, from salads and soups, to main dishes, side dishes and desserts.
However, the pricing and the staff at the checkout are just killing.
Let's start with the prices. The average amount of salt is 18-24 thousand soums. But God forbid you want to assemble your salad yourself. In this case, you will pay:
1. 15 thousand for three pieces of cucumber.
2. 18 thousand for four pieces of pepper.
3. 20 thousand for 5 balls of mozzarella.

Next, the cash register. An employee can punch the same side dish as:
1. "new potatoes + broccoli + cabbage" and you will pay 50 thousand rubles.
2. "mini vegetables" and you will pay 18 thousand.
For the same dish, that's fine.
When this was pointed out to the cashier, she did not even apologize, but simply silently corrected the mistake.
Because of such terrible behavior of the staff, I highly recommend not going into this cafe.
In the photo, those are the "mini vegetables", the price of which depends on how the cashier punches them.

An honest review from a regular visitor. We go with the whole family for lunch and dinner, and just have a good coffee (Arabica) with great desserts. The dining room, but really like at home. I recently visited this bistro and was extremely disappointed. I found dirt in the arugula salad. I took it to the girl at the checkout, reported the problem, she just took it somewhere. Back at the table, I waited for a while, but no one came up to me, apologized, or offered a solution.
I understand that such establishments are not famous for customer service, but I still expected a minimum of attention and apologies. I went up to the cashier myself and asked what would happen to my salad, meaning a replacement. Instead of explaining or apologizing, she just pulled the money out of the cash register, intending to return it with the words: "We have all the greens washed, they say what do you want..." I didn't need the money, just an apology and a salad replacement were enough.
I asked the manager, but some guy came up instead and said he was filling in for him. I explained the situation, he listened, nodded his head, but also didn't say anything. The salad was eventually replaced for me, but the impression of the institution is forever spoiled. I will never go there again.
