We gave two of our dogs to the Mamina Lapka hotel for three weeks and were satisfied. Excellent service, the attitude to pets is at the highest level! The employees always answered all the questions of concern and sent a video report on the state of health and pastime of the pets. The dogs were satisfied, as were their owners! If you are looking for a place where there will be good pet care, then this is Mom's Paw. We recommend it!

A super place! They left their pomeranian for 15 days. We received video reports every day. At our request, they bought a pill and gave us a pill for ticks. I really liked the attitude, everyone is very kind, responsive and loving of animals. The conditions are excellent. Joy went through socialization, learned to be friends with other dogs. We are very satisfied. Now we know a place where you can leave your pet and not worry about it! Many thanks to Mom's paw.

Hello, I left my pet for a week while I was on a business trip. Everything went in the best possible way, there was a daily report from the hotel staff, the hotel staff were professionals in their field and found an approach to my special dachshund, made friends and everything went great. I was worried about how my dog would be there, but in vain, everything went great. I left my pet in the pet store for a whole month. I was very pleased that I made the right choice. Constantly photo reports, always in touch (I am a very demanding owner). It seemed that my dog didn't even feel my absence, which says a lot. I arrived without a call and was pleasantly surprised that my Cottage was sitting in the arms of a hotel employee and resting from the game (there is a wonderful play area). There is also a groomer with golden hands. I was pleasantly impressed by the work of this hotel. Thank you so much for your work. Thank you for being there. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and left Britney's cat in a boarding house after surgery. For the first time, I saw with what patience and love they treat other animals. A good hotel for animals. I had a cat, Marusya, for 13 days. The staff are attentive and loving animals, they sent a vileo and a photo report of the cat's stay every day. Прекрасный пансионат для животных, чистенько, аккуратно, радушный персонал, мой котик даже не заметил моего отсутствия в неделю. Очень переживала, как он будет один, в чужом месте, оказалось зря. Мамина Лапка знает свое дело. Огромное спасибо, теперь только к Вам.

Здесь живет моя подопечная собака, живет на постоянной основе, тк забрать к себе ее, у меня возможности нет. Малышка спинальница и за ней нужен особый уход, всегда должна быть под присмотром: мануально отвести мочу, помыть, дать лекарства.
В Маминой лапке она окружена заботой и вниманием, за что я очень благодарна персоналу и могу спать спокойно!
Помимо стандартного выгула, есть небольшая огороженная территория.
Я регулярно приезжаю ее навещать и состояние моей собаки (как физическое, так и эмоциональное) всегда прекрасное.

Оставляла своих двух кошечек в Мамина Лапка . Осталась очень довольна , ежедневный фотоотчет , животные досмотрены . Содержаться в комфортных условия . Все на высшем уровне . Рекомендую . Своих кошечек доверю только Маминой лапке ) Персонал тоже порадовал , очень вежливый )

Собака оставалась на сутки, клетка маленькая, забрал с блохами, по кормёжки скажу так:дома ел как будто-то не кормили месяц, голос пропал, наверное плакал но не кто не обращал внимание. Персонал хороший, приветливый, но для питомца это не важно.
