I visited this place for the first time, at first glance, autumn has a cozy and beautiful atmosphere. I booked a table for 3 people on the second floor near the stairs, there was a beautiful view. We arrived at 19:10 and ordered pizza, French fries, pasta arrabiata and chicken breast in rice sauce, lemonade and potato slices. Pizza was brought first, then French fries with lemonade and then pasta. After 5 minutes, they brought chicken breast in sauce with rice. For some reason, the slices were brought 20 minutes later when I finished the pasta. The pasta was very tasty for its price, the pizza Balonaise did not go too far for me, but my sister really liked it. It's a matter of taste for every person. The lemonade was Mango-Passion Fruit and it was good enough, but it feels like something is missing in the end. Then we ordered another pizza, lasagna with homemade lemonade. Of the three, I tried only lemonade, 6/10. It had a slightly strange taste, as if sour at the beginning but sweet at the end and again it feels like something is missing at the end. We ordered tea with 3 desserts. We ordered this when the full boarding of the guests began. Tea was brought 20 minutes after the order, and desserts in 30 minutes for sure. They asked another waiter why it took so long, they said they would bring it now. There was almond cake, tiramisu, and waffle toast with ice cream. The toast was very hot, as we understood the waiter who took our order forgot to punch our desserts or the kitchen just forgot about our order. As a result, we sat there for 38,000. It's cheap enough, depending on how much we ate and for a portion of food. I bet 3/5 because the service is a little lame and you wait a very long time for food to be served.

I do not recommend ordering food through Yandex in this institution. They cook for a long time, those who process orders in Yandex food think too much. I specially make 2 orders with the same dishes, they think that there is duplication and either they can not cook 1, they have to wait. Or it was canceled through Yandex support and the money was not returned for 1 order. And I didn't cancel, I was waiting for the order.

The staff is beyond praise. Even though we didn't sit in the restaurant for long, (waiting for a takeaway order)only warm memories remain from two visits. I want to come back again and again. If we visit Nur Sultan again, we will definitely come here. There is a children's corner, 2 floors, live music (I don't know the schedule) and of course pizza :)
