The once excellent restaurant began to fail. And this is in the center of Almaty. The waiters are polite, but not prepared. The hostess is confused about which table to put whom at. The menu is without a stop list, although there were no number of main meat dishes. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a glass of water. The waiter brought it along with the dish. Probably, it was too lazy to bring just a glass. Optimization of movement in the hall is probably in the restaurant's regulations. They asked for water, please. And you can drink from the bottle :) The kitchen is still at a very good level. The products are fresh and well prepared.

The establishment has deteriorated very much in terms of service. The administrator at the entrance and exit to the hall does not greet the word at all, a Russian woman with a square. The waiter brought a compliment from the institution, a basket of bread, but did not provide appliances, like eating with your hands or something? Then he brought the cutlery and put it on the table with the parts you use to type food. The napkins could be moved closer to the client since he was sitting alone at the table. They served a terrible Caesar salad with chicken. It smelled like real slop. When trying to make a refund, we found a thousand reasons not to do so. Do not be deceived by the appearance of this cafe. Cooking from stale foods is not below their standards.

This is our favorite restaurant! We have been going there with my wife for 4 years now! It feels like visiting close friends.
Service: at the height. The waiters are always friendly and polite. Administrators quickly and politely resolve any misunderstandings that almost never arise.
Cuisine: We love Italian cuisine, but it's special here. There are dishes that we have not seen anywhere else except in MamaMia, for example, the signature Valentino salad, or Alfoco pasta. Juicy and delicious pizza. Very pleasant bonuses in the form of a free bread basket with freshly baked rolls and sauces make waiting for the main dishes easy and delicious.
The portions are large, and it is possible to order half a serving.
The cooking quality standards are worthy of respect. Favorite dishes will be cooked almost equally in any of the chain's restaurants.
Prices at the cafe level are below average, but everything else is at the level of a good restaurant, at a height!!!
Well, places near the window with a view of the mountains, a cherry on the cake. It is especially great in the morning, when there is no smog and the sun is shining, to drink a cup of fragrant tea or coffee with delicious desserts.
