We had a wonderful engagement meal here while in Vitebsk. The Tom Yum Thai soup was fantastic for the location. Well seasoned and spicy. The green curry had plenty of flavor with a hint of coconut. The fried bananas were great as were the copious amounts of drinks we had.
The chocolate and orange hookah was tasty (and the staff was friendly and forgiving after not having smoked in a very long time).

A cozy atmosphere. Nice design. Friendly staff. Good music. Delicious food. I would like to pay special attention to hookahs, because there are not so many really good hookahs in Vitebsk and this place is no exception. I would like to express special gratitude to the hookah maker Nikolai. A polite, smiling and pleasant young man who really knows his business. I recommend you to visit.

Our friend did not recommend this place for a long time, but the young man and I still took a chance. The first person to greet us was a pleasant and bright interior. Then the charming smile of the waiter Daria (Dasha, you are a miracle how good you are). The menu is interesting, in general, there is something to choose for different tastes and different moods. Ah! Another important point! Wonderful coffee! Just great. Monsieur the bartender, I take off my hat to you, toss it up and shout "hurrah" three times.
Tartare is cool, we just love serving with fries. A hearty breakfast with roast beef is a cannon, really hearty. I was glad that they even asked for a roast for breakfast. Pshenka was a separate emotion for me, because she literally plunged me into childhood.

We visited this institution based on reviews on the Internet. Everything is beautiful in the photos, but in reality it is an expectation/reality. The hall is very dark, damp and cold (it was in the evening). The interior is stylish (but there was not enough light), there are enough seats. The waitress greeted us kindly, but it took her a long time to figure out if there were any tables available (the place was half empty!).
We ordered 2 servings of Tom yam with shrimp, beef tartare. The average waiting time is 25-30 minutes. I've tried Tom-yams with my husband a lot, but I haven't eaten anything like this yet. It's not even tom yam, but tomato-flavored water with 3 shrimps, sour, slightly warm. The rice that came in addition to the dish was crispy and crunchy on the teeth. The tar-tar pleased me, it was delicious, cool, tender meat, and the taste of beef was well felt.
Many people come there for a hookah, since we don't smoke, we couldn't appreciate it. But the hookah smell is clearly felt in the establishment, there is smog.

I love it!!!! The hookah here is the best in Vitebsk. Zhenya is a hookah master, just Wow! Food with a focus on sharpness, so I advise you to clearly indicate when ordering (preferably more than once) whether you should reduce the sharpness of the dish.

The waiters are just "top". They look at you like 💩 Guys, I had a lunch receipt of 200₽ for two. They work slowly, the dishes are not taken out immediately, they came to us cold. It is declared "breaded fish fillet", fish with bones. Everything is tasteless and the cherry on the cake is hookahs.
Well, let's start with the fact that we came to lunch, what we told the waitress. The girl showed that there are empty tables only on the right. There were three tables, one was occupied by guys with a hookah. Since we don't smoke, we decided to take the last table, away from them. We sat down, the waitress came up and said that this table was occupied. We had to sit in the middle closer to the guys. The most interesting thing is that on the left side, not a single table was occupied!!!! And they weren't busy in the 50 minutes we were there. They served us with such a dissatisfied face and did us such a favor that it was even uncomfortable. It's been a very long time. And in the end, it's tasteless.

I want to leave a review about my once-favorite institution "Manao".We visited this place from the opening, had our favorite dishes there, were recognized by the waiters and the hookah master, who knew without question what flavor and strength to offer, recommended this place to people!And so, after a short break, yesterday my friends and I came to dinner.And what we got in the end was the boorish, arrogant attitude of the waitress Julia,who eventually refused to serve us,replaced herself with an intern who had to pay off for the lack of dishes on the menu,for a lost order,she constantly apologized for Julia's rudeness,for the disgusting Tom-yam from the cook, for the lost order of the second course,for the fact that the first dish was brought to my husband after 1 hour and 20 minutes, it was a stew of water tinted with Tom yam paste and 2 shrimps, and we have something to compare both the gram and the quality in this institution, because it was always a must-have dish in our orders.The second course, after 2 hours, it turned out that they had lost and had not cooked at all.As a result, the husband left generally hungry.To our questions, why half of the menu is missing, why there are not many positions in the wine list, why we were not warned about the time of serving, we received only rudeness and arrogance of Julia or the huge eyes of the trainee girl. When at 21.00 we went to the bar and asked to invite the administrator, we found out that there was no administrator, and the cook was alone, and the order was lost, and Julia had nothing to do with the waiter, the kitchen had lost, the kitchen was tasteless, and in general, as Julia said, we do not have a team....When asked why she refused to serve us, Julia said that my husband yelled at her, to which I offered to look at the cameras, which I was refused.But the plaintive book was brought right there with a smile and write whatever you want to the words....Then a bearded man appeared from somewhere, a new hookah master.He began to get into the conversation, trying to justify Julia's actions.We tried to tell him that we had not ordered a hookah and did not intend to talk to him, to which we were told almost verbatim, I'm quoting now:go to the table and eat what you were given ((((((Well, shock, horror .....we paid the bill, and we did it at 21.00, although I pay attention, even the time on the cash receipt is different, 17.42.It's weird to say the least.It may already be necessary for special authorities to pay attention to the menu, sanitary standards, the work of the kitchen and staff.Does the owner of this institution know what is going on there, how he and this place are being shamed by people like Yulia Bakunovich and the hookah master?...The horror!Never again will we go to this place and recommend it to anyone!And we will try to spread the information in a timely manner!

I've been wanting to write a review on this place for a long time. Probably my favorite place in the city among places of this format. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the dishes are prepared quite quickly.
The food is always delicious, the staff is very friendly. Not the lowest prices, but honestly, they match the quality. In general, I strongly advise fans of Asian cuisine!!
P.S. I have never ordered delivery, so the review is exclusively about the place itself and the food in the hall, and not for takeaway.

It's very cold in the establishment, they put me under condé.
I came, no one met me to escort me to the place. I went to the bar to find out where to go. It took a while, but they pointed to the farthest table for me to go. After I sat down, the waiter came up only 10 minutes later to offer the menu. I immediately asked the hookah master, who came up only 5 minutes after my request. They never took my order, after waiting for 5 minutes, I couldn't stand it and asked them to come over to take the order. We ordered paddy with chicken (aldente pasta, dry chicken, a stick of onion, and a bunch of butter)"It's disgusting." Cappuccino - no comment. Caesar is terrible. Don't start a hookah with more. The waitress girl is not very polite. The hookah master seemed to be a good guy, he was interested and offered options + he was polite.
If you want to spoil your evening, I strongly recommend this place, otherwise it is better to choose an alternative!

Either they came at the wrong time, or the work of the staff is always like this. I ordered 2 coffees with my boyfriend, tom khu, tom yam and fried bananas. We waited an hour. As for me, it's a long time for these dishes. The coffee arrived 5 minutes after the order, and by the time everything else and dessert arrived, it was already cold. In general, waiting an hour in order to eat in 15 minutes is not the most pleasant pleasure. Plus, I want to add that in winter you need to sit as far away from the door as possible, preferably in the farthest corner — it's cold.
One of the advantages can be noted, no matter what, the courtesy of the staff and the pleasant atmosphere of the establishment.

The reviews about this institution surprisingly contradict the reality that I experienced there. We had booked a table in advance, but when we arrived, we were greeted by an unpleasant picture: the table was not only dirty, but also covered with leftovers – smeared pieces of rice, which we had to clean ourselves.
The wait for the waiter dragged on for half an hour. We sat patiently, but the girl stayed in her seat for a long time, immersed in the phone. When we finally decided to call her, it turned out that she was completely unaware of the menu and could not answer our questions. After we did order, we had to wait about 20 more minutes for her to bring only four glasses of beer. At the same time, we had to call her again to remind her.
As for the tea with dessert, it took about 30 minutes to prepare, a time that was completely beyond expectations. Instead of the ordered fresh roll, they brought us a deep-fried breadcrumb roll, and we naturally declined this dish. In response to our question about the preparation time for a new order, the girl stated with amazing dedication that everything is done very quickly. But reality again turned out to be far from what was promised: we had to wait forever – 30 minutes – just to get food.
As if that wasn't enough, the waiters forgot to bring the dishes. They didn't even give us napkins and said that we should eat with our hands. We were promised some kind of discount for our dissatisfaction, but soon the service was transferred to another waitress. She apologized for the inconvenience, but unfortunately did not provide the promised discount.
From a conversation with the new waiters, it became known that the first waiter just came from the street to work today. and this raises serious questions for me about the procedure for her admission to work and compliance with the norms of the SanPiN. This is not only alarming, but also turns the issue into an administrative offense.
The only one who proved himself to be truly professional and managed to fulfill his duties was the hookah man. He really understood how to create a comfortable atmosphere, which stands out quite strikingly from the general background. But, unfortunately, one good impression cannot make up for all the shortcomings and disappointments experienced during the evening in this institution.
If you want to eat with your hands and wait for food for 2 hours, and to be served by a random person from the street who may have HIV, then you are definitely here)

Later, we ordered shrimps and shots, which were also carried for a very long time, especially it was unclear about the shots, why they were made for so long. They didn't bring the shrimp, no one came up, they pulled out the hookah man and asked him to clarify what was with our food. The shrimps were terrible, they were already cold right away, it feels like they just forgot about us. The shrimp just already stuck to the spades and it was difficult to peel it off with my teeth, while I was peeling this shrimp, the spade broke. We paid a large sum for such a meal and were very unhappy. Different waiters served each time, one hookah bar was normal.

If you go to spoil your mood, this is the perfect place. They waited for a bottle of water and a glass of wine for 20 minutes, they brought it only when we reminded them. We ordered spring rolls, waited for them for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and what do you think? They didn't bring it at all. To our question, the waiter replied that today they actually have one banquet table (for 7 people), and the wait is from an hour. When I said that we had ordered almost 1.5 hours ago, she stupidly turned around and left. The hookah man did not bother to come up to us and check the coals in 1.5 hours. The hookah was not included in the bill, we had to look for a waitress and ask her to pay. To be honest, I have not seen such disgusting service in an institution for a long time, this is the level of the dining room, and the prices are above average. I don't recommend it.

We were refused, complaining that all the tables were booked for 21 and there was nowhere to transfer us. While we were getting dressed, the hostess sat the guys who came in without reservations right in front of us (he specifically asked the visitors if they had booked). Yesterday we visited Manao Cafe for a gastrofest. I really liked it. All the dishes declared in the menu are delicious, fresh, beautifully decorated. Served quickly. An interesting place with Asian cuisine, prices are not very high, the atmosphere is generally pleasant. According to the dishes, I took sushi in tempura, it's very good for Vitebsk, but of course there's not enough fish, however, they clamp it here in any institution. My husband took the curry, he liked it, and the sharpness is in moderation. A good choice of alcohol. The interior is stylish and spacious, but it seems to lack some kind of zest, which is why it is a little empty and because of this there is no comfort. It may be worth adding paintings on the walls, partitions between tables and some tropical plants. It was also not very comfortable to sit at a low table. And we, as non-smokers, were very annoyed by the hookahs on the neighboring tables. It would be great to have a separate area for non-smokers.
