There is a good road leading to the airport, a lot of taxi drivers, and public transport is not developed enough. There is a good paid parking. The airport itself is quite convenient and clean, a good restroom, a lot of ATMs and various terminals, sometimes local SIM cards are distributed. There is not enough of any large snack bar or store. Overall, the impression is positive.

Manas is a small airport, but nevertheless there is everything you need. As a standard, I go straight to the business lounge and spend time there before departure, it has become even more comfortable after the renovation, there are snacks and alcohol, both paid and free. Duty Free is not big, but you can buy something for gifts and so-so if you need, registration and other formalities are quick, the staff are polite. There are no problems getting a taxi from there either, you can call and take a local one at the airport, I took it repeatedly, everything is OK, the cost does not differ, only the class of cars. There is also a smoking room on the ground floor at the end of the hall for those who smoke.

The airport is near Bishkek. The distance to the city is 23 kilometers. The building is small, but has everything you need. There are duty free shops, cafes and recreation areas. There is also a currency exchange, but the exchange rate is not profitable at any airport, you can buy a SIM card immediately upon exit, just do not be fooled by the stories of employees, with a high probability the cheapest Internet SIM card will be unlimited, even for distribution, as it was with me. The connection is Mega. Although they said only 5-6 GB, although this is more than enough for a week. There is a business hall, small but cozy, bookstores and even a post office.

It's a good airport. At the exit from the arrival hall there are many stalls where you will quickly get a SIM card. Mine with 20 gigabytes cost me 200 rubles (they took it in cash rubles). Again, this room has the best exchanger at the airport. The course will be slightly worse than in the city. And the most interesting thing is the bus 153, which runs every half hour. In my case, it was almost empty and cost 140 soms (24 years) instead of 800-900 soms that the taxi drivers asked for. Half an hour and I'm in the city center.

A good airport, the waiting room is spacious. I want to tell you about the business hall separately. The location is good, with a view of the airfield. But tables and chairs are a separate topic! It is not convenient to sit at all from the word, the tables are low. The food is cold, the assortment is small. However, there is a microwave for heating hot dishes. If you change tables and chairs, then in general it's not bad.

: quiet, cozy, you could comfortably sit in chairs with high armrests on the podium and look out the window before a long flight. Renova changed everything . Of the advantages, only the red carpet and the new carpet . It is uncomfortable to sit in new armchairs and sofas . The round tables are small and low. The bathrooms have been reduced - they are weak. The previous design of the hall gave comfort and coziness .

It looks like a small building. In fact, there is a spacious terminal for international flights (I haven't been on domestic flights, I can't say anything)
Inside it is very spacious, lots of air (unlike Almaty airport), clean (unlike Tolmachevo airport), good smoking rooms (unlike both Istanbul airports).
There are many catering establishments, but the price tag bites. There are currency exchangers, there are ATMs (of local banks).
The toilets are clean and spacious.
There is a cafe near the main entrance with prices "like in the city", but there is no toilet in it.
I took off one star for obsessive taxi drivers. It is quite uncomfortable for newcomers to enter the terminal building.
On the second or third visit, a "brick face" and a "local look" are developed — when you already know what and how much it should cost.

The arrival area is quite convenient! There are many windows for passport control, which reduces the time spent in the queue. Do not buy a SIM card at the airport, drive to the nearest shopping center and take a SIM card "O" for only 350 rubles.
There is a Beeline salon near the exit, Wi-Fi is catching there. Yandex taxi works great, do not overpay taxi drivers. The exchange is also more profitable in Bishkek. If you arrived with a foreign passport, you can issue a Bakai Bank card, but you will not be able to use a Russian passport.

I visited Kyrgyzstan for the first time on 02/21/2023, I personally liked it, the guys from customs, politely explains everything, the airport itself is beautifully built, near cafes and amenities, at the airport, the staff of the mother and children's room allowed my daughter and me to wait for the flight back, there are laws, but despite the fact that I have a 10-year-old child,and so up to 7 years is allowed , in this I am personally grateful to the staff ,,the mother and children's rooms,, we had a 12-hour flight waiting,I advise everyone to stay in Kyrgyzstan, if I did not personally have a case, then there would definitely be a week left clean first of all everything is normal,the staff politely serves, the waiting time for my daughter and I had a 12-hour flight back, I do not complain perfectly, I would have given these guys a customs award for service personally, the most interesting moment outside the airport on the street working taxi drivers, these people with a big heart and not profit, they told me where and where, how and what, where everything was explained cheaper, many thanks to the people of Kyrgyzstan
