If you don't want to spoil all your plans for yourself, then it's better not to order anything here, I waited 1.5 hours, while I came in every 20 minutes to clarify when the order was ready and each time they told me that there were still 10 minutes left. What a horror, I advise you to choose another store, provided that the prices here are not the lowest in the city

I wanted to make an order, because I saw in the storis of this company a beautiful set with fresh blueberries and blue raspberries, clarified the cost, to which the manager immediately replied with the final cost, much higher than the average in the city for a set of 16 strawberries. For the sake of 4 blue raspberries, I was ready to place an order, but the manager began to assure me that it was blackberries, then freeze-dried blackberries appeared, etc. In general, I began to mislead, the price does not change at the same time and I was offered to look at the products on the site. Attention!The company has been operating for more than 10 years, more than 500 reviews and many beautiful words of self-praise. In fact, the site does not use their own works, but the works of other masters are taken. I don't understand if there are any works of my own at all. The question is, will I receive the product according to the photo, as a consumer, if the company itself did not even prepare this set and does not quite have information about its components??? An example of one set below, taken from the mango bouquet website, but in fact this photo from the account is the original @chokolove09, since its ribbon with the company logo is visible in the photo. That's right, a beautiful Instagram and a beautiful expectation, but in reality they are misleading. It is a shame for a company with 10 years of experience to use other people's work.

I have ordered many times in this place. But the last time was really the last! The disgusting boorish attitude of the administrator. They promised to make a bouquet and did not. Moreover, they informed me that the bouquet was not made, 20 minutes before the agreed time in advance. They let me down terribly! Moreover, let me down so that I couldn't even do anything anymore, I hurried to the person to whom this bouquet was addressed (At the same time, the administrator spoke absolutely boorishly. She didn't let me get a word in. Right, some kind of habalka. She accused me of ordering a bouquet from them and relying on them. There were no necessary sweets, they could not find them in time, they bought some kind of terrible replacement.... They brought and threw these candies almost in my face.... I will never order anything here again! And I don't recommend it to anyone!
