Excellent LCD. It's warm in winter. An enclosed courtyard. A large playground. Good neighbors. The entrance is clean and beautiful. There is everything you need nearby (shops, pharmacies, stamatology, etc.)

of the minuses, the Mukhamedkhanov street is quite noisy, and the playground is also noisy, of course. those who need to be quieter need to take higher apartments and either in the first entrances or in the last ones.
