It's a wonderful salon, I've been going there since it opened. The craftsmen are all professionals in their field, they do it quickly and efficiently. Any service is a well-done job + customer orientation. If one of the aspects is missing, I will not return to such a place. So here, I was at Anna D.'s pedicure, greeted me through her teeth, and the rest of the communication was through gestures, and rude ones.
When she said that it hurt in one place of the nail, she just shook her head and continued to cut there, then climbed there several more times.
In general, I wanted a pedicure - I got it, the end result is good, everything is filed and painted smoothly, but the energy of the master leaves much to be desired. I definitely won't come to her anymore.
