Very nice salon, located next to my house, very convenient))) There are many different lacquers for all occasions. I go to master Anna D, she is polite, does everything carefully, I really like it. Nails take a long time to wear.I always leave the salon very satisfied. It's a good atmosphere. I advise everyone, I will recommend it!

I've been going to this salon for over three years now... And every time I make sure that it's not for nothing. A very cozy atmosphere, a wide range of colors. Also, I have a favorite master, Anna. Highly qualified specialist, a true professional! She carefully removes and processes the nails, always brings them to the perfect shape and length (this is important to me) and no peeling until the end of the sock! Thank you very much, I always leave in a good mood!

The first time I got a manicure with master Diana, I was 100% satisfied with both the service and the quality, the next time I had to make an appointment on a certain day, I couldn't get to Diana, I decided the masters were all good, I signed up with Anna D. I've never met a more terrible attitude how many times I do a manicure. The quality of the work is not bad, but the communication and atmosphere during the process are just terrible (I wanted to finish and leave as soon as possible. From now on, I will only make appointments with Diana, so that I don't have a spoiled mood for the whole day.

I went to this salon several times to see Master Diana. Everything was great. This time I was assigned to Anna. I've never seen such a rude attitude towards a client in my entire life. When I asked you to file your nails a little, because I didn't like the final result of the work, the nails look thick and unfinished from the inside. At my request, the girl began to talk in a very rude way, refusing to do anything. That's how one master can ruin the whole idea of a salon. It's a pity, but I won't come to this salon anymore and I don't recommend this particular master to anyone.

Any service is a well-done job + customer orientation. If one of the aspects is missing, I will not return to such a place. So here, I was at Anna D.'s pedicure, greeted me through her teeth, and the rest of the communication was through gestures, and rude ones.
When she said that it hurt in one place of the nail, she just shook her head and continued to cut there, then climbed there several more times.
In general, I wanted a pedicure - I got it, the end result is good, everything is filed and painted smoothly, but the energy of the master leaves much to be desired. I definitely won't come to her anymore.

After the last visit to the salon, I was shocked, to put it mildly, master Anna D. did not even say hello, she sat with a dissatisfied look all over the manicure, cut off my finger pad (I don't understand why to climb there at all), she said to my remark that it happens, by the way, the finger hurt for 3 more days after such a "manicure"! The length was still not made as requested, in general, it seemed that the person had not heard about customer orientation at all. I used to be with Alyona and Anna F. and these girls did their job perfectly and were very polite

I go to Manic for a long time, every time I leave the Girls with aesthetic pleasure :) I usually do a complex manicure with a long-term coating, it is worn very well, there has never been a burr! The master always uses a sterilized tool, which is very important. I periodically use the "4 hands" service - they do manicures and pedicures at the same time - 👍🏻! And of course, it's worth noting that the studio is very cozy!
