We stayed here in June 2024. A very warm and cozy little hotel. The location is excellent: close to the center, transport to all areas of the city and the main attractions are within walking distance. There is a landscaped park across the street, a couple of hundred meters away is a Maxi convenience store. The room has everything you need for a tourist to stay: a hairdryer, a kettle, a refrigerator. There are good orthopedic mattresses on the beds. The furniture in the rooms is not new, but very presentable. The eviction is independent, everything is based on trust: you close the room and throw the key into the drawer at the reception. No one is standing on their soul and does not require the room to be delivered minute by minute. In general, a great place for both a single tourist and a couple :-)

A great little hotel with cozy rooms. Location in the center of Belgrade. There are public transport stops nearby. Non-intrusive staff. I would like to stop on my next visit to Serbia.

The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. The service is completely missing. There was no cleaning from Wednesday to Sunday. Despite the fact that we have repeatedly asked for it. The garbage was not thrown away either. The towels are washed and scary. There was a one-time replacement. It was brought with black spots from someone's carcass, most likely. Mosquito and fly nets are missing. The air conditioner is old - with +17 installed, it barely cooled to +27. There are 4 hangers in the closet of different formats, in PM and wire. The accessories include toilet paper, liquid soap and gel. Don't expect frills like slippers, a bathrobe, or cotton swabs. There are none. Upon check-in, the passage to the reception is through some kind of canopy made of metal structures and broken plasterboard walls of dirty yellow color, stuffiness and the smell of an old abandoned house. The girl appears at the reception only after the call. The rest of the time, it feels like an abandoned building. No guests, no hosts. There is no restaurant or cafe in the building. But there is a huge construction site nearby. Concrete was poured at night and windows could not be opened because of the noise. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor. The passage up the stairs, the smell is the same as in the reception aisle. Among the advantages are the location, orthopedic mattress and a spacious renovated bathtub.
