Since we were unable to visit the estate, due to personal circumstances (my husband was drafted into the army earlier), I would like to separately mention the owner of the estate, Vladimir Handel. He talks a lot and behaves quite delicately. But the money is not refunded a penny. The prepayment was 50% for the VIP room for 5 days (he insisted on just such a room). We have another country (Russia). The man was warned a day in advance. It was difficult to transfer money (he only needed Belarusian money, although there are other options). We were looking for an intermediary. He also let him down, giving incomprehensible arguments. It's not a pity for money - it's unclear how a person lives after that ...
Accordingly, Vladimir does not care at all about his reputation and the reputation of the estate. Very unpleasant impressions remained!.. And judging by the negative reviews, we didn't lose much. He doesn't seem to be doing anything there, just taking money.The human factor does not work at all.

A quiet place, not far from the city (17 km), on the territory of the estate itself, except for the barbecue, they did not use anything, but went to the city.Of the disadvantages, the audibility is high if there are neighbors nearby and the floor creaks.If you are a noisy company, then you are guaranteed all the "joys" of the neighborhood.But we only had this for one night, after that it was quiet.Towels were changed only at my request, the trash can was not changed in the kitchen for 3 days.In principle, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but if you do not use local services like us, then you are, as it were, not noticed.The room itself is cold at night, one thin blanket and for some reason 3 pillows, there is no hair dryer, we were given it on request, one outlet did not work well, the water has a smell of hydrogen sulfide, and you will get tired of washing soap off yourself.The dishes that you will be given at the beginning of the check-in will also be missing every day: a knife, a fork, a spoon, on the last day the tray was removed from the table. I highly recommend it for a long vacation, but it is suitable for gatherings with friends and family for a couple of nights.

The estate is located 17 km from Vitebsk, the road is normal. But the turn off the highway is not too noticeable. The territory is good. Gazebos, swings, etc. the equipment is already slightly overloaded. The sauna was very hot, clean and tidy. The bed linen and towels are clean. The common room in the house is cool. There are enough dishes, but we washed everything. The floor was sticky, which caused some discomfort. In general, we liked the rest. Minor flaws don't count

We were at the manor in the middle of October. We are from the Moscow region. We wanted to take a break from the hustle and traffic jams in nature with a rustic flavor, but with the necessary comfort. Travel around Belarus a bit. Alexandrina is perfect for this. We did not think out the travel plan well, but the beautiful roads without traffic jams allow us to quickly return to the estate. I liked everything very much. It is easy to sleep and breathe in a wooden house. All the amenities in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. We were with a friend and his son for 11 years. He didn't even think about the phone. There is a small pond on the territory in which he caught three small fish. I think it will still be good to spend time there and have a big company to celebrate something. Those who love winter recreation also think of expanse. There is nature around, and the room has central heating and a shower cabin. My friend has already vacationed there with his family once. So, we are almost regular guests already.
I also managed to forget the jacket with the keys in the room. They were promptly sent to the Moscow region by courier service. Special thanks for that.

We were looking for a manor for the November holidays. Through some website, they found Alexandrina, not far from Vitebsk. We have read the reviews. The most useful in the review. Thanks to Olga, reliable info. We went straight to the owner of the Alexandrina estate. Everything is clear and specific. Order in 2 clicks. 3 families were vacationing, we are relatives and friends. I liked everything. Comfortable and cozy rooms with shower and bathroom. Everything is thought out for both leisure and entertainment. This is really a recreation center. You don't need to take anything with you, you have everything. Well-maintained clean area. A farm hidden from the eyes of outsiders. Nature, forest, lake, beauty.
Special thanks for the food. Bathhouse, classroom. The staff is super, it is not visible, but at the first request they solve any issue. There is no Word, No. It's a beautiful place.
Everything is native. And the feeling that you are in Europe.
The city is a half-hour drive away, there is a lot to see in Vitebsk. I recommend.
