The most important thing is the food, so the breakfast is really good. A lot of healthy choices like broccoli 🥦 and cauliflowers.
Clean rooms
The only missing in the w/c is the bidet the hygienic shower.
Very polite and helpful welcoming people are working there. Special thanks to Miss Nargiza, the housekeeper.
The location is also very good.
Many markets near by, shops, cafes, and restaurants with different types of cuisine.
Our room was on the front side of Shevchenko Street.
The only disadvantage is that there is no opening window, so you can't have the option of refreshing the room.
That's kinda strange.
I found this breakfast buffet spot today. It's an absolutely delicious and specious place for family breakfast or business meetings also. They charge 125 000 ($10) per person for breakfast. It's a must try place if you are around. They have lunch buffet also, but I haven't tried it yet.
Nice location, courteous staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms. Gym is small. Swimming pool is small too but clean and note that it is not included in room rate.
A very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. Conditioner. Large shower room. There are sets- shaving, cosmetic. A huge illuminated mirror, a magnified mirror. All mirrors are illuminated.
The bed is huge on a high pedestal. Tea set. Kettle, fridge for mini-bar. It's really empty. Safe. 4 towels for two plus a doormat. Bathrobes, slippers.
The breakfasts are excellent! Samsa, nuts of all varieties, several hot dishes. Tea, coffee, honey in honeycombs. Cold snacks are average. But desserts are very diverse and delicious.
The location is good. Near the train station, metro, bank with good service and a normal exchange rate.
The hotel has a gym. Sauna and hammam for a fee. There are massages and spa treatments.
It's an 11-minute drive from the airport.
The lobby is cool, compact, smells of oriental spices, comfortable sofas, excellent location. I met with a partner here, so I can't say anything about the rooms, I didn't live there. And so, neatly, comfortably.
I will add
I visited the room, our guest lived here, problems with draining in the showers and washbasin. The guest had to arm himself with a pencil and clean himself.
I came to check in the morning, informed the reception, the guest was moved to another room.
A normal hotel, the main advantage is the location, it takes 25 minutes to walk to the center, to the northern railway station, from where high-speed trains go to Samarkand, Bukhara 10 minutes on foot. It is very convenient for early flights. Near the beginning of the pedestrian section of the street with cafes and restaurants, from fast food and above. A good Irish pub at the end of the street, the prices are not low.
Of the disadvantages, heating is also for people with feelings
A nice hotel with beautiful decoration, both external and internal. The restaurant where we had breakfast is located on the 6th floor. The breakfasts are delicious and the dishes are varied. The only thing is that the glass door of the shower does not protect against splashes from the shower and, when exiting, there is water on the floor. Perhaps turning the shower head towards the wall will help.
A great hotel! Good location in the very center. Rich oriental interior. Delicious breakfast buffet. The room is spacious. There is a safe in the room. A very high bed is a bit unusual, but a comfortable mattress.
What you need to pay attention to:
In the bathroom, water flows from the glass sash onto the floor when taking a shower, a puddle forms. But there is a drain in the floor. The floor is warm.
Check-in at 14.00 and not a minute earlier.
Great hotel. Everything is at the highest level. It is not inferior to a 5-star hotel in the Canaries. I really liked it. The restaurant is gorgeous. Tomorrow is great. The only thing I would like to advise the management of the hotel to hire a master who could periodically fix the scratched furniture and doors.
A wonderful hotel. Perfect cleanliness . A wonderful, varied breakfast in a cozy restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Thank you all! We were at the hotel 1-2.11.2024 and 8-9.11 2024
Great hotel!!!
Located on a central street with lots of cafes/restaurants/shops.
Responsive staff.
We arrived in Navruz when all banks and exchangers were closed. We kindly agreed to accept payment in dollars.
The rooms have everything: bathrobes, slippers, gel, shampoo, hair balm, shaving, dental and cosmetic kits, tea, coffee, refrigerator, safe.
Breakfasts are also for every taste.
We lived in two rooms: a regular room and a suite. I liked it even more in the usual one, because the windows do not open in the suite.
A large-scale construction is underway in the courtyard of the hotel (a residential complex is being built), work is underway until two in the morning, so if you go to bed early, ask the other side.
Uzbekistan is wonderful!!!
I was very, very pleased with the level of the hotel and the managers at the hotel. The waiters, who communicate in four languages, in my opinion, this means something. By the way, the breakfasts are wonderful!
Very convenient location of the hotel.
In general, a confident five.
We will be happy to come back again. The staff is beyond praise. Comfortable beds without sides, clean linen and towels. The breakfasts were simply amazing. I strongly recommend it!!!
Nice hotel. One of the disadvantages is the construction site behind the building, but when settling on the front side it is not audible. Everything is nearby. There are many good cafes and restaurants just 2 blocks away. It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to the airport and the railway station. I recommend.
It all started at the reception, when they checked in for half an hour, and eventually gave one key for two. We went up to the room, the smell of cigarettes, hair in the shower and in the drain, pillows apparently not changed after the previous tenants, crumpled and an extraneous smell is present, obviously not from the powder. The sheet is torn and sewn by hand, there are hair stains on the bedspread and someone's blood or paint.
Since we were on the road, tired after a long flight of 18 hours, we took a shower in silence. We changed our clothes and went down to the reception, giving the keys without even asking us a word why we were giving the keys after checking in an hour ago. She said about the dirt. To which the guy asked if I had taken a photo? And he asked to see it. I refused, offering to go up and see for myself.
We checked out and went to another hotel. And it's 5 stars and paying that kind of money.
A great hotel, almost in the center of the city.
The hotel itself, a boutique, is not very big, without stars.Level 4*.
Large rooms, very comfortable mattresses.
The restaurant is simply amazing, the breakfasts are great. The omelets are delicious. The staff is very pleasant and courteous.
A wonderful hotel for both leisure and business trips, located 700 m from the railway station and 15 minutes by taxi from the international airport. On Taras Shevchenko Street, where the hotel is located, there are many restaurants with cuisine for every taste, as well as one-time shops and even an outlet (right next door to the hotel). The hotel itself has comfortable rooms (especially pleased with the ability to flexibly adjust the temperature), a fairly varied breakfast (although it should be allocated at least 45 minutes), and in the basement there is a spa (including a swimming pool) and a gym (the latter is included in the price). The staff is polite, they respond promptly to requests.
The location is good, in the city center. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast is a great choice, everything is fresh and delicious, in a beautiful restaurant. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff is polite. Convenient access to the airport and train station
The room is great, the staff is very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts were excellent: there is always a choice for every taste. I can't say anything about the location, since I always took a transfer from the hotel, but it's close enough to the railway station. Towels and shower accessories were changed daily, as
well as bottled water. But the tea bags (in the room, which is very nice, there was a kettle, cups and tea + coffee + sugar in bags) have not been updated since arrival. If you drink it all at once, you won't get any more. And the floors, by the way, were also not washed for 3 days of stay. But these are small things. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!
I really liked the hotel! The breakfasts are great, I wanted to try everything at once). It is located next to the railway station, 7-10 minutes on foot. I recommend it!!!
A great hotel!
We only regret that we were only 1 night and did not have time to go to the spa.
The breakfast is great, everything is delicious, it is fashionable to order hot dishes separately (porridge, omelet, scrambled eggs) - they are cooked very quickly.
The beds and bed linen in the room are beyond praise!
I recommend it!!!
A very colorful mini-hotel.
I read a lot of positive reviews here, I was inspired to take a room at this hotel.
Well, not by 5:
The laminate creaks, there are holes in the bedding (there were three of them!), there is a construction site outside the window.
Breakfast is a buffet. In principle, I am unpretentious in food, but here it is objectively tasteless, cereal for breakfast and fried eggs, which you order separately, were saved
Great hotel. Polite, tidy staff. Excellent breakfast. It is not inferior to well-known network brands. Excellent reception staff. Comfortably. Quietly. Close to the center.
Great. I lived in this hotel in different rooms for almost a month. Daily cleaning - no questions asked. The rooms are spacious, the mattress is moderately hard (perfect for me). Noise insulation is at a height, despite the fact that there is a construction site outside with the windows closed, almost nothing can be heard.
Breakfast is excellent - 2-3 types of porridge, omelets and scrambled eggs that are prepared personally for you, and do not lie cold on trays. Sausages, cheeses, sausages, pizzas, fruits, vegetables, etc. If there is another business trip to Tashkent, I will choose this hotel without hesitation.
It is very conveniently located - near the North railway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are varied. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. I am delighted with Tashkent. I didn't expect it myself.
Convenient location, good rooms, polite and clear service, everything is fresh and clean. The breakfasts are varied.
On the downside, the Internet does not work well everywhere, and some rooms are cold (if you take the winter season).
The hotel is located on Taras Shevchenko Street in the city center. There are many establishments and restaurants nearby.
The appearance impresses with its "easterness".
Due to the summit, I had to choose a suite, respectively, the price was luxury ($180 per night, including breakfast).
The room did not impress me, despite its huge size. At first glance, it is luxurious, but without taste and zest. The switches are too fancy, you can't figure it out without a magnifying glass. There is little light in the bathroom in front of the mirror and a terrible smell from the sewer. A crane with a motion detector. Why is that? It is impossible to wash at all. The breakfast is average.
In general, I really didn't like it.
The hotel is good. The place is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, relatively close to the railway station, if you need to go to Samarkand, Bukhara. The breakfasts are excellent.
The location is good, the rooms are good, but two problems 1) ventilation, either it is very cold or there is nothing to breathe. 2) The reception staff is not super friendly
You can add high beds separately, although they are high, and the fact that people smoke on the stairs.
Very nice hotel. It feels like you're walking into a fairy tale. The staff is polite. The rooms have everything you need. Very tasty breakfasts, a large selection of dishes. I really liked the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance from the railway station.
A clean hotel in a good location, but a huge complex is being built around, so the hotel actually stands on a construction site.
It's quite suitable for one night
A wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, very tasty and varied breakfasts (porridge, there were always dates, figs, melon, watermelon, dried apricots, prunes, grapes, tangerines, omelets, salads, cheeses, vegetables, meat with side dishes, cakes) High level of service both in the restaurant and at the reception: polite and delicate staff. Excellent daily cleaning.
A chic hotel with reasonable prices. Breakfast is a buffet, very varied and delicious. Good repair, everything is very clean. The room has everything you need, from slippers to a toothbrush. Good sound insulation from the street. The location is ideal: 700 m from the railway station, 15-20 minutes by taxi to the airport. There is a metro station nearby (~500 m). The staff is very polite and friendly. The interiors are simply masterpieces - everything is in the best traditions of Uzbek national architecture of the 15th-18th centuries, especially the restaurant on the 6th floor
Nice hotel. They cook very tasty. Business lunches are just fire! A manager named Ravshan is a pro in his field! One disadvantage is that construction is underway on one side of the hotel, and on the other side the windows do not open.
We booked a hotel with friends and it turned out that it was impossible to check in with people of the opposite sex without a marriage certificate, there was no warning about this in the booking, we had to urgently look for another hotel at 2 a.m. They asked if there was a possibility
A good place, stayed here for 2 nights, everything was fine. The location is convenient — within walking distance of the main street of the city, there are shops nearby, the railway station is a 7-minute walk away, the airport is also close. The hotel itself is clean, the interior is designed in Oriental style, the staff is polite and friendly. There is a small gym, which has everything you need for basic training. Breakfast is also not bad — the choice is not too big (but this, as far as I managed to read and listen to the reviews of friends who were in Uzbekistan, is common to all hotels in Tashkent / Uzbekistan), but the food is delicious, and you will not stay hungry.
A wonderful place in the center of Tashkent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very polite and friendly! Breakfast, just super! We had a whole week, a new menu every morning)). I really liked it 👍
The work of the receptionist at the reception is unsatisfactory, the Internet in the suite on the 2nd floor is weak and there is no bedroom at all, the room was cleaned two days later after repeated reminders. One of the advantages is a restaurant, a buffet breakfast. Everything is delicious, the staff is very polite.
I really liked the hotel, spacious rooms, high comfortable beds, enough storage space, Underfloor heating in the bathroom. The location is very convenient!
Among the disadvantages, I note:
the breakfast is very tasteless, the products are not fresh. We ate once and then ate at a cafe near the hotel;
the hallway area, there is neither a hook nor a shelf so that you can place a bag when you get dressed or when you just entered the room.
Very cozy, quiet, located in the best place with chic furniture. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I recommend. If I come to Tashkent, I will definitely stay at the Manor.
A wonderful hotel! Very comfortable! But only with children it is impossible, most likely it will count high mattresses. We were satisfied with the choice of this hotel! There are many modern shops and delicious restaurants around! The manor is located in a very convenient location, and close to the airport. We recommend it!
