A very nice hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. The room has everything for a comfortable stay: TV, stove, washing machine, air conditioning. The linen is snow-white. The price-quality ratio is 100%. The staff is polite, they treat everyone very carefully. There were four of us (two adults, two children), and there were beds for everyone. It is very comfortable. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

A great apartment hotel. The rooms are all clean for 5+, everything is in good condition, like new. A polite and smiling receptionist met us at the reception. Boiling white linen, the area around the hotel is clean and there is a separate Parking lot. There is a washing machine and a kettle in the room, the receptionist gave us her washing powder. The price for such quality is absolutely adequate, if necessary, I will stop here again😁👍🔥

Strangely enough, the highest rating for this hotel. Yes, he is not in the very center. Yes, there are incidents in it (in one of the stays there was a problem with plumbing, I had to move to another room).
But at the same time: a very affordable price, excellent responsive staff, they meet you halfway in everything. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen in the room pleases — you can always have tea!

The hotel employs dishonest people who accepted the reservation by phone and promised to leave the room, but did not do so. Upon arrival, we were told that a "mistake" had occurred and the room was given to other tourists. They just didn't wait for us and deceived us. In Kazakhstan, this is the only place where we have met such a "service". The owners of the hostel are not Kazakhs, not Russians.

A new, newly built hotel! The rooms are simply gorgeous for the money (1000 rubles or 6000 tenge). The room has its own bathroom with shower, its own kitchen (!) Equipped with a stove, refrigerator and washing machine. Wardrobe, balcony, TV, basically everything you need. The administration is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone. The only small disadvantage (not noticeable against the background of all these advantages) this is because the hotel is not located exactly in the center.
