I arrived from Almaty last night with guests from Tashkent and Astana. Everyone is hungry. Just on the way I stopped at this cafe. The kitchen is so-so, and the service is disgusting! There were 5 of us. I ordered a kebab for myself, the meat was dry, tasted like an outlet, stale, seasoned with spices. It tastes disgusting! One guest from Astana ordered fried dumplings. The order was accepted at 21-55. When we had already eaten everything, and it was 22-35, she still hadn't received the ordered dish! Only after being reminded, she was served after all. I additionally ordered 2 fried manta rays myself, they never came! I began to find out the reason why one waiter (Syymyk) took our order, and the dishes were brought by other waiters. It turns out they have such a system! There is no proper maintenance with this system! Why do they need a Unit! One took the order, gave it to them, and they don't care what happens to the customers! The administrator doesn't care, she pushed it on the waiter, there is no way to tell him off, she agreed with everything! Yesterday, I left a headphone case on the table and went to write reviews, when I wrote reviews, I was offered 5% discount! Did you want to buy me? So that I don't write a review? Very funny! It became a shame in front of the guests that he invited them to this cafe!
PS: Goja 2-3 years ago, had lunch, and when the bill was brought, he also unsubscribed about the quality of the dishes. The account has reached 550 som. I gave them 1000 som. And he left in a hurry, only then he remembered that he had not taken the change. I called the receptionist and said that I would come by later to pick up the change. But as always, there was no time to stop by, and they forgot, although in subsequent visits I reminded them about it, everyone had already forgotten everything, although I left phone numbers.
I really do not recommend going to this cafe because of poor quality service, and the kitchen is lame!
I really liked this place. All the dishes were delicious, and most importantly not expensive. The size of the dishes was also pleasing. The atmosphere is comfortable. I wish this place to stay the same delicious, and that people always come to you)
There is always , absolutely always , something that is not reported or confused ! You shouldn't order from them!

It's delicious, but the portions are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. The brazier once cost 140, wake up, you have a cafe, not a restaurant.
