At first, the dry cleaning proved to be good, but this is the third time I've given the item away and something is wrong with it.
I gave away a black vest, after cleaning, the collar and pockets changed in color, they explained this by saying that there was an alleged abrasion, after cleaning it became more active. They promised that a technologist would contact me, but there was no call. I didn't dwell on it and left it as it was. Then I handed over the children's ugg boots, which were ruined, the beige color turned into light gray, the suede fibers stuck together, as if they had been treated with something. It's already been three weeks since they've been restoring and correcting me. I handed in a children's suit, they said that maybe the spots would become lighter, I said OK, the main thing is that the spots go away. In the end, I took it away, the stains were still there, plus they took the payment, saying they couldn't do anything.
The beautiful showcase turned out to be very deceptive.

I took my sneakers and bag to the dry cleaners 13 days ago. During this time:
• Not a single call about the delay.
Promises were constantly broken.
• Cheating at every stage.
On Saturday, they promised that the sneakers were still being washed, and the bag was ready, and everything would be delivered on Monday. On Monday, no one even called back. On Tuesday, we arrived by ourselves: it turned out that the sneakers were ready, and the bag had allegedly been cleaned three times, and it was still "in the process." They promised to call in the evening, but they didn't. I had to call myself. Answer: "the courier will arrive in the morning and will deliver the order no later than 10:20 a.m." As a result, the courier arrived at almost 11:30 a.m., and he himself confirmed that he had left just now, which means that we were blatantly lied to again.
Now about the quality. I gave away a bag for $200 and sneakers for $250, with different types of materials. That's why I went to one of the most expensive dry cleaners in the city — I expected professionalism.
Result:
• The bag returned in a worse condition than it was: spots, yellowness. And inside there are traces of cosmetics that I could have washed myself. As well as wool. There's a bag inside. If you couldn't clean it or forgot, then be honest: tell them you couldn't, apologize, and don't charge for it. Instead, pack the order in a package as if everything is perfect.
• Sneakers — almost unchanged. The top dirt has been removed, but it feels like they were just rinsed under soap and water. The level is 2 out of 10, not 18,000 drams.
Instead of honesty, lies, delays, ignoring the client and zero responsibility for the result. The order was delayed for 11 days, the quality is disgusting
If you value your belongings, time, and nerves, stay away. This is the worst organization I've ever encountered in Yerevan. It's shameful.

I tried to use this dry cleaning service twice. The first time, my sneakers were taken away from me and the delivery was delayed for two weeks. At the same time, there was no normal communication, I had to call and clarify the status of the order every time. I had to remind them of the consumer's rights in order to get at least some discount for the delay.
I tried to contact you for the second time today, but they didn't even answer my phone. We managed to contact them in the app, but they lie as usual and say that they tried to contact us several times after the order was posted, but failed. Of course, no one contacted me.
All this is very sad, because apparently the service is the most famous in Yerevan. They have a lot of logistics with postamates and courier delivery, although everything has gone down the drain since last year. If I was lucky with the cleaning quality, then judging by other reviews, it has also dropped since last year.
I highly do not recommend this service, in its present form for 2025 it is a complete lottery.

Excellent dry cleaning, washed down pillows, which the cat went to. To be fair, I will clarify that before the dry cleaning, I filled the pillows with a special neutralizer that completely removes such odors from fabrics, perhaps it helped a little as a preparatory auxiliary. But of course, I couldn't wash it out of the pillow on my own. After dry cleaning, the pillows are as new, without a hint of smell.

They handed over a jacket and boots. The jacket was cleaned in 10k.
I specifically called about the shoes, clarified that they were rotten from the salt water inside and required a detailed approach, assured that everything would be cleaned, told about the only shoe cleaning machine in Armenia, took 20k.
They returned the shoes, but they stink, now with a slight smell of fragrance. It should be a shame for such a service for twenty thousand drams.
This is probably a problem of expectations, but these expectations were generated by a telephone conversation, after which I was sure that if necessary, the shoes would fly into space.
Addition:
the company contacted and re-cleaned the shoes, the smell weakened, but did not completely go away.
