I found my perfect dry cleaner! My favorite silk dress turned into a real nightmare after washing. I was already desperate to save him, but the masters of this dry cleaner have created a real miracle! The dress looks like new, not a single stain! Now I know that my things are in safe hands.

The dry cleaning is good, the couriers are disgusting. They call a minute before arrival, as if they are waiting at the door and then hang up if you answer them, which is not convenient right now.

Excellent dry cleaning, washed down pillows, which the cat went to. To be fair, I will clarify that before the dry cleaning, I filled the pillows with a special neutralizer that completely removes such odors from fabrics, perhaps it helped a little as a preparatory auxiliary. But of course, I couldn't wash it out of the pillow on my own. After dry cleaning, the pillows are as new, without a hint of smell.

They handed over a jacket and boots. The jacket was cleaned in 10k.
I specifically called about the shoes, clarified that they were rotten from the salt water inside and required a detailed approach, assured that everything would be cleaned, told about the only shoe cleaning machine in Armenia, took 20k.
They returned the shoes, but they stink, now with a slight smell of fragrance. It should be a shame for such a service for twenty thousand drams.
This is probably a problem of expectations, but these expectations were generated by a telephone conversation, after which I was sure that if necessary, the shoes would fly into space.
Addition:
the company contacted and re-cleaned the shoes, the smell weakened, but did not completely go away.
