KazGUU is undeservedly considered the best and at the moment the conditions for normal training there are minimal. Teachers violate the rules established by the university and complaints about their behavior are not accepted. For example: it is known that for a disrespectful reason, you can skip classes only 6 times a year, the pass is counted 15 minutes after the start of the class. Teachers also note the absence 1-2 minutes after the start of classes, especially if the non is online. How many complained - nothing has changed. The university also has a counseling system (senior courses answer the questions of incoming/freshmen) and it works disgusting. Everyone is assigned their own consultant, but they ignore incoming ones for hours, or even days. If you turn to another consultant with a question, your consultant will activate abruptly and write "why are you climbing to others?" and he will leave without answering the original question. Complaining about the non-performance of their work will also not work, because those who accept complaints are the same undergraduates who simply cover their own. Consultants, if anything, are not engaged in charity. They get paid for their work, and they are so careless about it. Teachers also delay checking assignments for more than two weeks. Students have already written 9 tests, and they still have no grades for 5 tests. And the most unpleasant thing is that nothing has been done with it for so many years. This is only a small part of the jambs of this educational institution and I would sincerely like that at least the above was corrected!

Two stars only for the fact that tuition prices are slightly less than at ENU, otherwise only a beautiful outer shell, the university policy of which does not care about students as such, while demanding unreasonably much from the students themselves. And of course, squeezing money from everything that is possible, retakes, summer holidays, blockages, which are convenient to pay for. I don't say anything about the dining room, the prices are the highest in universities in the capital, for sure, while the food is so terrible that you don't even want to finish eating even if you are hungry.
