The owner of the hostel is a boor, I have never met such a person before! I visited this hotel with a friend in 2016. A friend was delayed on arrival, I asked the owner of the hotel for a key, because he would arrive at night, she did not give it, although it was paid for that night in advance and he called her and warned that I would come. As a result, he lost money overnight. The hostess of this establishment was yelling, rude, calling names. It's just terrible!!! Rude!!!
