I especially liked the pool and the slides: we spent the most time there))

We went to the hotel and met the dawn. Nicely. Very cozy. There were problems with the settlement. They paid extra. They congratulated my friend very well on her birthday. The main thing is to make a fuss and the dinars. Restaurant: There were unpleasant situations. But there is a choice for every taste. The pool is very beautiful, but the Arabs can't swim there. There are almost none at sea. The staff is responsive and patient, how they stand it all. Waiters with a smile. And if you say SHUKRAN (THANK YOU), a sincere smile. Animation: Nowhere has it been so much fun. Well done! Such shows were staged. There is simply no place to find on the veranda. All the dormice were crawling out. I had a rest from October 9 to 18, the hotel justifies 3 stars, I put 5 for food, especially for pastries. Beautiful light sand on the beach, but littered with plastic. If the windows of the room face the stage and the restaurant, there is very loud music in the evening. On the right and on the left are closed hotels - there are many of them in Sousse and throughout Tunisia. You can take a taxi to the center for 10 dinars, or walk a couple of kilometers. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. I liked it, it was warm and cozy, despite the old furniture and plumbing (don't expect five stars from three).

They moved into the first floor, where cats were walking on the balcony.Apparently it was their toilet, the whole balcony was covered in bombs💩Naturally, we turned to the reception and for a CHEAP PRICE, we were moved to another clean room.The word is inexpensive, sounded from the mouth of a sweet smiling Russian-speaking (it seems the girl was Latvian) administrator, like honey in the ears. I can't remember the amount now, of course.That's the kind of business there was in this hotel, sniffing a dirty room, and then for a cheap price, finding a more cozy one, there was nothing special in the hotel and at the hotel, only the hookah included in the ticket price saved. The food is great, the service is good, the beach is great, clean everywhere, the staff is good, the territory is not large, but good. My room had a beautiful view of the pool, but was close to the entertainment area. It is impossible to fall asleep early in the evening, the music is very loud. At night, vacationers communicate with each other, sitting at tables, also loudly. They interfered. If the room was away from the cafe, everything would be great. Everything is great for the young. I do not recommend this hotel! The staff doesn't want to do anything. Favorite words - later, later! Wi-fi works intermittently, dishes are poorly washed, they are simply dirty, glasses are the same. The food is normal, but there is no service - look for yourself forks, spoons, napkins, knives! Alcohol is terrible. It clearly does not pull at 3+. Previously, those who rested in it a couple of years ago say that it has deteriorated very much. Also, local people come to the water park with children and you will not find a free place by the pool, and in the evening local men without children come to a cultural and not very program)

I put three stars as the arithmetic mean of two and five. Two is definitely for cleanliness and reception staff upon check-in, and five is the sea, a sandy beach.
The key to the room was received at 12, they asked for $ 50 for a "good room", bargained for $ 25, while the room was cleaned only two hours later, the code was complained to the "big boss".
The cleaning was daily, but sooo superficial. Towels were changed daily. The beach also seemed to be cleaned, even sometimes a tractor came to clean and level the sand. You need to have time to take a lounger up to 8 hours, eat later - the probability is zero. But you can contact the "head of the beach", he will remove other people's towels and put you down, but in such cases, scandals often arose later on the part of the owners of the towels. There was a lot of food, not very diverse, but quite tasty. Stomach upset did not occur during the stay, although other tourists complained about this ailment.
The territory is not large near the blue sea, it is quite well maintained.

I had a rest from October 11 to October 20, 2022. Great hotel. Location, territory, beach, cleaning, food - everything is at a decent level. There is not a single Russian channel on TV. And good! The Internet at the reception is excellent, in a weaker room far from the modem, but it also works. Towels are changed every day, and even more water is brought to the room than necessary. There are no beach towels. Either you need to take it with you, or buy it there. It costs 250 rubles with our money. The city center is 35 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Come, you won't regret it.(However, maybe in the summer everything is not so rosy because of the large number of vacationers? But I think it shouldn't spoil the overall impression.) Ps.: I paid $ 30 extra for a room with a sea view. And I don't regret it!

And poorly washed ones. I did not like the pool, which was not cleaned. Bleach was thrown there every morning from a jar.

I stayed at the hotel from September 28 to October 7, 2022. The flight was direct for 4 hours without delay. I really liked the hotel! I will not write all the details, I will describe the "negative" ones that I read. The last reviews were in 2019, maybe something has changed. The location is in the middle of the city. There are elevators in both buildings. The rooms are not new, but they are quite decent (we lived in the old building, but the new ones are exactly the same). The air conditioner was working, although the description says that it has been turned off since September. There was always hot water. Cleaning and changing of towels every day.
The territory is small, but it accommodates so much: a spa, three outdoor pools with fountains, an indoor pool. a water park (not just slides, there are 6 of them), bars are free and paid.
Food: any meat except pork, side dishes-vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta. Fruits-watermelons, melons, apples, grapes, peaches.
The beach is large, there are many sun beds. The entrance to the sea is flat. Merchants do not approach the sun beds. They keep an eye on it-they walk along the shore.
I was in Sousse a few years ago at a nearby 4-star hotel, where the pool is 6 meters in diameter and indoor.
We talked to the guests, people have been staying at this hotel for 5-7 years. I think that says something.

A great hotel for its price! The first line (the real first one), 2 swimming pools, there is a children's pool. Water park. Small, but good. There is a gorgeous view from the top of the water park. The pool is cleaned regularly. The beach is sandy, also clean. Already cleaned at 6 a.m. A large number of sun beds by the pool, on the beach, between the beach and the pool. Food: a small selection of cold snacks, but no problems with hot: fish, beef (buffalo meat), lamb, turkey, chicken in various variations. For breakfast, muesli, eggs, everything is like everywhere else. There is a small selection of fruits:plums,apples,pears,grapes,peaches(but it was September and many fruits were already gone or not ripe yet). Desserts, buns, baguettes are very tasty. There is a summer kitchen with burgers, fries, etc. The show program is standard. It is diverse.I. For a good room, you will have to pay an additional $ 30 (but this did not bother us). Wi-Fi is so-so. Three different connections. Each of them can be perfectly broken in the morning, at lunch or at night. Not very much during the day (It's better to buy all excursions through a guide. The guides are very friendly, joking and helpful. If something in the room suddenly does not work, it quickly corrects the problem if you approach the reception with a request, and not with a hit-and-run (as our Russian tourists like). Alcohol is like everywhere else (just right for the heat). The room service is good. They say that you need to take Russian chocolate there, you can leave it as a tip, they love it very much. Only breakfast is meager, the rest of the meals are very good. There is always a choice of meat, poultry or fish, many different side dishes, stewed vegetables, delicious lasagna, and excellent pastries!
- Updated rooms
We got a nice room in the old building! And the view is beautiful, and the furniture is new.
- Water pressure in the shower!
Gorgeous, even very! It was the first time I met such a good water pressure in a hotel))) for 12 nights of rest, there was no hot water only 1 time.
- The beach
Private, well-maintained, clean sandy beach.
- Unobtrusive animation
Whoever wants to occupy himself will occupy himself. Who doesn't need it, the animators won't stand up.
Minuses:

A good 3+ hotel, better than many 4 hotels in Tunisia, close to the airport, less silence, you need to pay 40-50 greenbacks because the tour operator buys the simplest rooms. There is a hallway, large balconies and a TV with 1 Russian-language channel. There's a problem with WiFi, so you spend 40 dinars and get 26GB, the tower is almost on the territory of the hotel so the speed is good. The pool is clean, the sea is very salty - be prepared. When it's calm, it's clean. We haven't seen any jellyfish, there are sun beds everywhere, food and alcohol are decent, it's better to take a couple of paper napkins with you to the canteen and wipe the plate) they are not dirty, they are not completely wiped... The menu is quite diverse, there is a lot to choose from. For 3, it's generally great. We feed the waiter for 1 dinar a day and he brings drinks himself without waiting in line. It's the same with the cleaning lady in the room. The water park did not work- it was painted and repaired, so I will not say how it is. Have a good rest

In addition to the negative - there is no hair dryer, most often only one towel is left, but otherwise everything is fine. The food is excellent. Every day, for lunch and dinner, there is a variety of meat and fish.The baking is excellent. There are plenty of fruits. There is plenty of coffee, wine, water and drinks at any time. The sea is wonderful: the water is clean and warm. There are enough sun beds, but they are heavy and this is their disadvantage. Aqua aerobics was going well. Many thanks to the animator YASIN for it. I also really liked the two-day excursion to the Sahara. Special thanks to the guide Ahmed (nightingale the robber). This is a unique person. Another person who deserves attention is the Russian guide Natasha. She's quite attentive. In general, you can give a +4 rating for such a vacation.

The hotel is being looked after lazily - dust, tired interior, dirty, old furniture. However, this is typical for budget hotels in Tunisia. I liked the water park, good food and wine (compared to what happens in other hotels). A pretty decent beach with a seaweed-free entrance. I was upset that it was closed at 23 and I couldn't look at the sea and the stars lying on the shore.
Animation: It is there, during the day too. As far as I can tell, people liked it. However, in the evening it's the same every day :) Again, there are so many places.
Children: be careful, do not think that you can leave the child to the animators and drink away. One day, a child drowned in the water park. He unsuccessfully slid down a slide (similar to a toilet bowl, with a funnel at the end of which you get into the water), hit his head and fell into the water. There was no one and no one nearby, although dozens of meters along the perimeter there were many "vacationers" with drinks from the bar. As a result, the child was not saved.
Do not forget that even on vacation, only you are responsible for yourself and your children!
In general, a normal hotel, price and quality compared to many.

The most disgusting thing is the check-in, the shabbiest rooms are sniffed in and forced to pay a bribe. Meanwhile, there are plenty of rooms available in normal condition... in our case, this happened for 2 days and the administrator didn't care that I was with a small child. Two days of torment, not rest! I think you need to get double the money back for this. The second and not the last is the roller coaster, which is why I went there with my child... the slides are practically unusable! everyone is scratching at them, tearing their bathing suits... one boy even managed to break his leg, and a woman dived right into the bottom with her nose and was taken to the hospital unconscious... someone threw a glass bottle in there, it broke and it wasn't even completely removed... only large fragments.
An excursion to the desert or a nightmare at dawn... I always want to sleep for two days. You get up at 5 a.m. on the first day and 2.45 the next (for what purpose will you think, but you just need to meet the sunrise) and that you need to become a masochist and still don't tell for your own money! ATV riding will take place even in a desert storm (eyes, nose, ears are all in the sand and there is nothing to see ...) BUT EVEN THE PHOTO IS NOT CANCELED! I DON'T WANT TO RETURN THE MONEY. :-) I think that for such an excursion you need to return the money and pay more...
Now about the food: there is a poor choice, but if you want to eat, you will not stay hungry. Dishes are not always washed satisfactorily. They stole a doll from a child right from the room when they told about it at the reception. The doll was thrown back. And there are also a lot of little things that spoil the rest: towels and sheets were carried for half a day, shampoo and gel were not brought at all, towels should be bought on the beach and at the same time they should be waited for half a day (I had to buy on the beach so as not to wait).
Animation... Arum Deputy Deputy. I just got it, and then two disgusting similarities to transvestites perform for adults. And what are they doing? They just open their mouths to the music and change their dresses - that's all they can do... And under this, everyone smokes and tries to swell up with bad quality booze.. And there are a lot of children nearby.
There is potential in this hotel, it needs to be combed, dyed, washed finally and it will sparkle again as before🤗To the management: invite Moidodyr...
